Very characterful Grade 2 Listed London Almshouse built in 1655 originally. sympathetically renovated in 2019 by award winning architects, preserving original beams and some architectural features such as the chimney stacks, beams & pitched ceilings. The cosy one bed cottage is located in London's uber cool borough of Hackney and right in the middle of the relatively recently gentrified neighbourhood of Clapton which is bustling with bars, restaurants, wine shops and cool indie shops.

A beautiful, semi-detached Victorian, cottage built in 1862. In north London with a 100ft garden. The cottage is bright and airy with original features inc stable garden door and floorboards to cosy fireplaces. I have art and houseplants and outside is covered with roses. Our lovely Coach House is just steps away from the vast and gorgeous Royal Richmond Park. The ancient market town, Kingston upon Thames with its great choice of restaurants, shopping and theatre is just a leisurely 20 min. walk away. If you like to venture out to London, Norbiton Station provides direct access to Waterloo Station. You will enjoy my place because of its location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and the quiet neighbourhood.
