Holiday rentals with breakfast in Coverciano

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Familie von Benedetta, die in den Häusern nebenan wohnt, war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns gut unterhalten und tolle Tipps für die Gegend bekommen. Am Anwesen wohnen noch ein Pony und zwei Hunde, die sehr freundlich und zutraulich sind, gleichzeitig aber auch die Grenzen akzeptieren, wenn man das nicht so möchte - einfach passend! Für uns war es perfekt - erholsam, ruhig und in netter Gesellschaft. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall! ❤️

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

La casetta di campagna è bellissima e ottimamente tenuta. Facile da raggiungere in auto e posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla. Tommaso è stato gentilissimo, la casa era pulita e ordinata e c’era tutto il necessario. Consigliato!

This was my favorite airbnb stay for so many reasons. The location is AWESOME. You cannot beat the views, and having your own terrace is a dream come true. The town is adorable and the unit itself is unique and wonderful. The best thing though was Matteo’s hospitality and above and beyond effort to make sure we had the perfect stay. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough

Fantastische plek, rustig, mooi uitzicht. Toen wij er verbleven was het bijna 30 graden en we hadden weinig zin om naar Grassina te lopen om daar de bus naar Florence te pakken, maar qua afstand was het vast wel te doen. Desondanks hebben wij iedere keer de auto gepakt.

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

We had a great stay at Sylvia’s place. Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere and peaceful despite being close to a lively area. It was super clean, simply furnished but very comfortable and we loved having access to the terrace. Sylvia is a fabulous host- she was very friendly and helpful, especially spending time helping us work out the best way to travel to Pisa airport on the day of a national strike! It was nice to also have basics for breakfast - tea coffee milk juice toasts and jam, etc. I’d thoroughly recommend Sylvia’s place and would stay here again.

Lorenzo’s place was clean and as described. You go up a staircase that has 22 steps to go to the apartment but once inside the rooms are spacious. The host even had some snacks and croissants for us to eat. The place is very close to Porta San Frediano which you cross to go to the city centre. Parking is available on the street in front. We walked to all the main sights like the Vecchio Palace, Ponte Vecchio and Galleria dell’Academia to name a few. There are good restaurants next to the apartment and we tried Braceria San Frediano and Rione Brewpub which were both very good. Highly recommended!

Filippo’s space was even better in person. Fairy lights over the bed greeted me upon arrival. I had coffee and tea as well as some brioche for my mornings. The room is beautiful, loved the painted walls. The bed was comfortable and despite the heat outside, it was cool inside.

Soggiorno ben oltre le nostre (già alte!) aspettative! Emanuela ci ha accolto nei migliori dei modi e ci siamo sentite subito a casa, la sua ospitalità da manuale ci ha davvero conquistate. È stata un’host impeccabile, sempre disponibile e gentilissima. L’alloggio è una splendida tenuta immersa nel verde della campagna toscana, perfetto per chi cerca un’oasi di tranquillità a contatto con la natura. Le foto davvero non rendono giustizia alla casa, molto spaziosa , e al bellissimo giardino.

Nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques chez Flaminia. Le gîte est très joli, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le jardin est enchanteur, la vue est magnifique. Flaminia nous a régalé avec ses recettes home made, au diner et au petit déjeuner. Et le cours de cuisine était formidable : nous avons appris plein de choses, Flaminia a été très généreuse. Bref, c’est une excellente adresse pour ceux qui aiment les beaux endroits, les bonnes choses et les belles personnes.

Cristina à été à mon service pour l’arrivée et disponible pour que mon séjour se passe bien. Une personne à recommander absolument.

The villa was magnificent! It was so atmospheric and charming, breakfast from Carla were so good, it was a really pleasant stay. The room was also really comfortable, with history and a lot of cute details. And also this location .. can’t describe in words how beautiful it was

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Francesca’s B&B! Not an exaggeration that this is the most beautiful place I have ever been. Historic and authentic, with modern updates. The rooftop terrace is absolutely breathtaking and a great spot to watch the sunset over the vineyards. There are several restaurants right next door to the b&b, Divino, osteria di passignano, and Scuderia, all are fantastic and the osteria has a well deserved Michelin star. Breakfast was served every morning where you have a table reserved for your stay. Francesca was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything at all. We will absolutely be back!!

Auf unserer Reise in die Region Latium haben wir 2 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Valentina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die uns sehr herzlich begrüßt hat und ihr Haus mit viel Herzblut betreibt. Das freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Personal, das hervorragende Essen und die ruhige Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! Zudem konnten wir bei den Abendessen aussergewöhnliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Sollten wir mal wieder in der Umgebung sein, kommen wir gerne wieder! Danke, dass wir bei Dir zu Gast sein durften! Our stay with Daniel and Daniela was PHENOMENAL. The location is even more beautiful than the pictures and the food was expertly prepared by Daniela and served by Daniel with so much love! The wine and olive oil made from the surroundings was a special touch on top of it all! We had excellent conversations with Daniel and Daniela and they went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. You can tell they truly love hosting and we would recommend booking with them 100/10!

Staying with Matteo and his family was such a pleasure. Don’t miss out on dinner, Matteo is a fantastic cook and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. I took a beautiful hike straight from the house, and they were super flexible about picking me up from the train station. It was the perfect oasis after the bustle of Firenze. Thanks for everything! Excellent! Breakfast was phenomenal every single morning and we were tended to so perfectly. Check in was smooth— luggage drop off was so easy and we dropped off once we arrived in Florence and were able to explore. Luggage drop off was also available our checkout day and we were able to leave and explore before it was time to go—they also called a Taxi for us and had it waiting for us when we left. We did not get to use the pool, but the room and shower were perfect. Bed was a bit firm, but that is up to preference, not a complaint. Villa is also further away from city center, and requires a lengthy walk— but is without a doubt walkable. We walked every single day to the city center and across the bridge! You can even see the peak of the Duomo from the terrace! Area felt less tourist packed than other airbnbs in the area and we felt more surrounded by locals. The service was some of the best we’ve received and we were greeted every single morning and day. Great stay!

Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. It felt like visiting family. The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany. If you're looking for an authentic, heartfelt experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, this is it!!
