It's located on the 5th(elevator until 4th floor + 1 flight of stairs) and highest floor of a small building, in an elegant residential area. For me, it’s a quiet corner from which to admire hills and rooftops. We’ve renovated it, keeping the warmth of our real home hoping you'll feel part of the city. The apartment is cozy and very bright. Completely renovated in 2019. The historic center, 4 km away, can be easily reached in 15 minutes by bus; the stop is below the house. Access and "check-in" are carried out independently by the guest without time restrictions (starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival) The apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, consists of: kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, living room and bathroom.

Quiet and comfortable bright studio, with exclusive and covered parking space on the basement of the building, really comfortable in a city with few parking lots and all for a fee! Green area near the Lungarno gardens and the bike path. Air conditioning, Wifi. Well connected to the center, in fifteen minutes, by public transport (bus stop under the house) and five minutes from the A1 motorway toll booth of Firenze Sud. Old hayloft on the Chianti hills

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
