Small two-room apartment on the ground floor in the border area between Viserba and Viserbella. Intimate and welcoming environment, 60 meters from the beach, 6 km from the historic center of Rimini and a 10-minute drive from Rimini Fiera. There is a WiFi connection, cooking utensils, a washing machine, air conditioning, towels and sheets, two TVs and finally two bikes that are included in the price of the stay. All views are on the condominium's private property for the benefit of greater privacy.

Beautiful house, in a series of terraced houses. Area 500m from the center. Clean and huge order if I can afford the house and completely new renovation. When we were there, the scent of wisteria was amazing. What a wonderful surprise. Thank you, Monica and Ermes.

The apartment was perfect for us. It is very modern and has everything you need. I would especially like to highlight the cleanliness. The location is just so perfect you can reach everything on foot. The proximity to the beach is perfect. Check-in instructions understandable. It is particularly worth mentioning that the communication was excellent. If a question is asked, you will usually get an answer immediately. We will be happy to come back

Charming location, curated, able to give a journey through time and also a starting point for many excursions nearby. Staying in a medieval tower is priceless and even the stairs to take several times a day (as well as doing your health) are a great price to pay to feel Castilian once in your life. Perfect host, Debora is a very kind and passionate person.

The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

The place is unbelievably clean and tidy, the position is absolutely convenient, super central in the beautiful Santarcangelo piazza ganganelli, and the ancient building evokes sparks of Italian history, you can smell the essence of the traditions in this incredible historical building. Communication with the host was excellent, Giulia is ready to satisfy every single little request, and super available for any suggestions and advice. She is also a very wise and lovely human being, that you can make friend with, and talk about interesting topics and deep conversations. I've been really surprised by her open heart and her interstellar mind!! Super fantastic! 10 out of 10 in every aspect!!
