Great location and very affordable.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Old Tom's, our hosts were very friendly, made us feel welcome, we loved the room , the bed was amazingly comfortable, we slept solidly al night. The breakfast was delicious, one of the best we've had, we will definately visit again.

Chris and Andrea are wonderful and very welcoming hosts. The room is spotless and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view. Breakfast items are always fresh, and the kitchen, bathroom, and all other essentials were available, making it feel just like home. The neighbourhood is beautiful and surrounded by nature—perfect for peaceful daily walks. The house is directly across from the bus stop to Oxford, making the commute very easy and quick. This place is perfect in every way, and I highly recommend it. Thank you, Chris and Andrea !😊

Room fabulous with lovely view of garden. On our second night new guests were noisy and kept slamming their room doors. Leaving clear note asking guests to be considerate when opening and closing room doors would have helped and we didn't know who to speak to after 9am. Izzy who seemed to be in the resteraunt thought our stay was absolutely fabulous........ 10 out of 10 to Izzy!

Billy’s place is a cute, quaint spot a short walk away from the heart of Oxford! Just know you may be sharing a bathroom, so plan accordingly.

Catriona went the extra mile to help us with check in times which helped us massively. The room was lovely and breakfast was great!

Richard is a super friendly guy, who made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast was a real treat! Highly recommend.

Sue was friendly and welcoming. We stayed in her garden room which was very comfortable and private. Everything was as expected. We would definitely stay again.

Selene was the host and she was fantastic. Friendly at check-in and didntmind making me breakfast 30 mins after the official breakfast had ended as I had been for a run and got back later than planned. The guesthouse was very quiet (especially considering it is on a main road) and I slept very well. It was a good location near lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing to visit relatives in Churchill Hospital (less than a mile) or anyone wanting to stay within 30 minutes walk of central Oxford.

This is an amazing Airbnb in a lovely and welcoming home, in a beautiful green neighborhood. The ability to borrow a bike is amazing, and offering dinner and breakfast is such a nice touch. Julia and her family were really kind and I would love to come back some time. Highly recommend!

Philippe's place suited all my requirements, kitchen for cooking, clean bathroom, toilet, clean and comfortable bed. Very convenient to the train station, shops, restaurants, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to return there again.

I had such a lovely stay here! Kate is an amazing host—super friendly, thoughtful, and just all-around lovely to chat to. The space itself is clean, peaceful, and has a really cozy, welcoming vibe. And her two dogs? Absolute sweethearts. Total bonus having them around for little puppy greetings! If you're after a relaxing spot with great energy (and bonus puppy cuddles), I couldn't recommend this place more—it’s an absolute gem. Thanks again, Kate!

I had a great stay with Karen who was friendly and helpful. A beautiful property and gardens.

I struggled with the keypad at first but Dorota responded within a few minutes when I used the call button and patiently assisted remotely. After that it was easy.

The whole experience of booking, communicating and staying with Joy was excellent. She was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was superb, beautiful and peaceful. We stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the Crooked Billet, which was a perfect location for a base. As Joy said it’s a 10-15 minute ‘stagger’…… and it was. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thanks Joy.

Roksi and Nats place is well located and very comfortable! The communal kitchen is great, and it's a real win to have off street parking

I didn't get to stay in their guest room due to unforeseen circumstances from my end. However, Roksana and Natan were very responsive to my questions. They did everything to accommodate me and my family. It's a shame we didn't get to stay but we are definitely keeping them in mind when we next visit Oxford.

The place looks better than the pictures and is extremely clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea and everything you need for breakfast. I loved it and will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay, Roksana was very responsive in replying to messages, their place was a joy to stay at and the “continental breakfast” description somewhat undersells what you get, it was extensive, lots to choose from from various breads, about 10 different jam’s, boiled eggs, cereals, fruit, meats, hot drinks, juice etc etc. Overall my expectations were significantly exceeded. I loved my stay with Antony. The room was bright, comfortable and stylish - as was the whole house. Great value, hassle free and very homely. I hope to stay again for work if Antony will have me!

One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at if not the best a great place to recharge the batteries before traveling on. Close enough to Oxford and Windsor Castle but a destination in itself for the property alone. Contemporary accommodation with the best showers we've experienced in the UK with great continental breakfast. Tony and Astrid couldn't do enough for you.

Roksi and Nat were so lovely! and hands down, one of the best airbnb’s i have ever stayed in! The room was amazing and the guest space was SOOO lovely!!!! My friend and I sincerely had the best time there. If you’re planning an oxford trip, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Wonderful B&B run by incredibly nice people. The home is kept immaculately clean, peaceful neighborhood with easy walking access to nearby pubs, fenced in yard/gated driveway for extra security, and delicious breakfast every morning. I stayed for 1 month and felt right at home from the get go.
