Surrounded by land and green areas, It is only 4.5 km from the city center and stands out for its peace and disconnection without losing comfort and proximity to the city center. Esta acogedora casa interior independiente ofrece un espacio ideal para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y placentera, con capacidad para alojar hasta 4 personas, ubicada a tan solo 25 minutos caminando del centro, y a pocas cuadras de la famosa cervecería Dolbeck, un lugar emblemático que no te puedes perder. A escasas cuadras se encuentran supermercados, farmacias, una gasolinera, restaurantes, y acceso a transporte público, lo que facilita todas tus necesidades diarias durante la estancia.
