LA VOLTA BUONA: UN ACCOGLIENTE RIFUGIO DI CAMPAGNA E' un cottage rustico di nuova costruzione con tutti i comfort, come TV a schermo piatto, Wi-Fi, riscaldamento a pavimento, A/C. Ampio e luminoso soggiorno con patio, cucina attrezzata, una spaziosa camera matrimoniale e una camera doppia, ampio bagno, splendido giardino con vista sulla campagna parmense. Organizzeremo volentieri ospitalità su misura per voi e famiglia e vi aiuteremo a scoprire itinerari artistici ed enogastronomici della zona.

Set in the tranquil hills of Casatico, our home offers an immersive escape where nature's beauty intertwines with rich local culture. Panoramic views of valleys, vineyards, and distant mountains greet guests each morning. Venture out to the iconic Torrechiara Castle or explore the vibrant Parma city and charming Langhirano. As the day winds down, indulge in wines from nearby makers. Our garden, dotted with fruit trees, adds a touch of rustic charm, completing the authentic experience.

The Barn

Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

Rilassatevi in un appartamento immerso nella natura a 550 m di quota, al limite del bosco e lontano da strade, altre case e rumori eccetto quelli della fauna locale, caprioli, tassi, istrici, scoiattoli lepri volpi e i gattini di casa. L'appartamento, al primo piano è dotato di riscaldamento a termosifoni, piccola stufa, 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera singola ed un divano letto matrimoniale. Non è presente la televisione. L'ambiente che si vive è quella della baita di montagna.

Parma Centro House è situato in pieno centro storico, ideale per un soggiorno dedicato alla cultura, alla musica, allo shopping e alla scoperta delle tradizioni gastronomiche parmigiane. L'appartamento, che si trova a piano terra di un Palazzo del 1600, è stato completamente ristrutturato , mantenendo il fascino del contesto storico , con soffitti a volta in mattone faccia a vista e per questo piuttosto buio. Ideale per chi vuole godersi la città da un'ottima posizione.

Your accommodation is located on the ground floor of the main house, but it is completely independent. The parking and the garden are shared with us ;) There are no other guests in the property

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Ca’ Vecia è un grazioso monolocale posto al pian terreno, incastonato tra le case dell’antico Borgo di Masereto, popolare per i suoi forni, con ingresso sulla scalinata principale. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Dalla porta d’ingresso si accede al soggiorno arredato graziosamente con cura e angolo cottura. Divano letto molto comodo, TV, tavolo da pranzo e bagno con doccia. All’esterno davanti all’ingresso piccolo salottino con tavolino e sedie.

Suitable for those looking for peace and quiet in contact with the nature that hosts the medieval village. 6 km away is the A15 exit of Pontremoli that connects La Spezia and the subsequent 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other notable tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan sea coast in 30-40 minutes.
