The south facing private terrace offers unblocked and breathtaking views of the alps and the valley as well as the outdoor swimming pool and the tennis court. The property includes a private underground parking space with direct lift access to the flat's floor.

You will appreciate my place for its tranquility and location: 7 minutes' walk from the start of the Cry d'Er cable car, 3 minutes from public transport and a few minutes from the center of Crans, golf and the Le Régent Convention Center. Balcony overlooking the Alps. Ski locker in the building. Free parking space in front of the house.

Ce petit logement d'environ 15 m² est situé au centre de Crans; à 1 minute à pied (50 mt) il y a l'arrêt de bus qui vous emmènent aux télécabines Crans-Cry d'Er et à 2 minute à pied il y a le golf 9 trous qui en hiver est une piste de ski de fond. Il n'y a pas de cuisine mais il y a un mini-réfrigérateur et un petit four avec plaques pour se chauffer des petits repas rapides. Il ne dispose pas de place de parking.
