Between lake and mountain, come and enjoy a green setting 20 minutes from Geneva and the ski resorts. On the ground floor, a dining room, a bathroom and a large terrace. On the 1st floor (miller's staircase) a 1st bedroom with two beds, a 2nd bedroom with a double bed, mezzanine with double bed (access by ladder). Finally, a living room with balcony overlooking a view without neighbors. Outside, a swimming pool (available from mid-June to September) and a large outdoor space awaits you.

Within 5 minutes drive you can find local farms, horse boarding stables, an adventure park, tennis courts, climbing. *There's dry toilet.
