Ideally located 30 minutes from the beaches, nestled in the countryside between the Charente and the Gironde Estuary, this place will seduce you with its calm, charm and authenticity. The building has been divided into accommodations with private gardens, including 2 cottages that can accommodate 6 and 10 guests (max 15 people simultaneously) that can be booked together or separately.

For the period July August the reservation is blocked at 7 days minimum on the listing "Air-conditioned stone house rented by the week".

Quiet country house, 4 bedrooms to welcome you, with 160x200 beds including master suite with bathroom. 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, equipped kitchen. Enclosed garden, 2 terraces. Children's games available Cleaning to be done before checkout. Any cleaning not completed will then be re-invoiced. The €30 cleaning fee is €30 for washing linens from beds, bath mats and dish towels. Beach 30 min drive Close to local shops 5 min by car. Pets not allowed.
