It is very small, but has what you need. Small older TV and WiFi internet (Comcast).

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

The above-ground pool located behind the house is perfect on those hot days (June-Sept.). The pond is stocked with bream and bass if you enjoy fishing. There's also a kayak if you'd prefer to row around the pond. Come and enjoy the country!
