All on one level, on the ground floor of the owner’s house in a quiet village ideal for walking and cycling as well as visiting nearby vineyards and sightseeing in the Lot valley and the Dordogne.

The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a plot of more than 3000 m2, partially fenced. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no car traffic around) There is a 30m2 closed kennel.
