Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Escape to our peaceful countryside home near Henley-on-Thames. This 6-bedroom house comfortably sleeps 14 and offers a quiet retreat for family and friends. Enjoy the AGA, fireplace, large garden and cosy communal areas. With wonderful walks, bike rides, the Thames and golf just around the corner you’ll have plenty to entertain everyone. The Barn, situated within our garden, benefits from its own entrance and is detached from the main house where we live. The Barn has a small courtyard garden for guest use in the summer.

The Hoppy Annexe is a self-contained space, set in a little garden on a peaceful road with free parking, a 15-20 minute walk down the hill to Henley town centre. It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.

The Coach House is a stylish one bedroom studio overlooking a beautiful informal walled garden. In summer, guests are welcome to use the outside pool. There is also a BBQ & fire pit to enjoy. Situated near the beautiful villages of Wargrave, Twyford, Henley-On-Thames & Marlow, it is a perfect location for exploring the area or simply a lovely base to unwind. There are many lovely walks, activities & fabulous restaurants to explore as well as the River Thames.
