The cottage's own garden has two decked seating areas. Set in glorious rolling countryside near Dartmoor, Devon's gorgeous sandy beaches and the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter.

An ‘upside-down’ cottage, Yan’s barn, formerly a stable, is a cosy retreat for two. A snug double bedroom downstairs opens onto the enclosed outdoor decked area, complete with table & chairs. The well-equipped kitchen has high ceilings & exposed beams, as well as a table with seating for four people. The utility area, with washing machine and dryer, leads onto the shower room. Idyllically located, near The Two Moors Way and Dartmoor. Ideal for an overnight stop between London and Cornwall. Large accommodation space, peaceful setting surrounded by lovely gardens. Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.

The Cider Barn, a piece of our 17th Century Devon farm. This beautiful space provides spacious self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people. Its a fantastic place to relax, and visit local attractions like Dartmoor. Unwind in a private wood fired hot tub gazing out onto the idyllic countryside. Home grown eggs, lamb and beef for sale. We have a pizza oven to rent and a charcoal bbq. Dogs very welcome, however they must be kept off soft furnishings at all times.
