Incredible villa basement with all the advertised amenities and games for children. All materials are of high quality. It's ideal for a great time with family or friends. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights on our way to Provence with our 2 year old and 9 month old. The apartment was beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable with a great location in the centre of town. It was a bit of a squeeze for the 4 of us but perfectly manageable for 2 nights and great value for money. Would happily stay again!

Jean-Michel is very welcoming, warm and does not hesitate to recommend places in the city. He is also flexible on check-in times, which was very nice for us. We had a lovely weekend in his apartment, equipped as it should be.

Lovely place to stay. Loved the secure parking as well. Very clean and the beds/linen were perfect. Kitchen tidy and the outdoor seating was fantastic.

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

A stay, long term, just perfect ... very well received, useful and practical explanations upon arrival, an apartment faithful to photos and description, hosts available, pleasant and responsive, the apartment is close to Lyon and at the same time in a quiet and relaxing environment.... The place was just perfect! Very well-equipped, clean, functional and faithful to the description. Everything is designed for the comfort of travelers: full kitchen, comfortable bedding, fast wifi, and even a few small touches on arrival. It feels like home. Responsive and welcoming host. I would recommend it blindly and would not hesitate to come back!

Alexis place was in a perfect location to explore the Vieux Lyon (old quarter). It is a VERY short 2 min. walk to the metro & also the funicular to the hillside Roman ruins & amazing church of Our Lady! The apartment requires walking up stairs but is in a charming old school building & the inside is modern & VERY clean! We highly recommend Alexis' place in Lyon!

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the reviews of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Myself, my husband and our best friend stayed here for a few days to visit Lyon. The apartment is superb, it was spotlessly clean, had great amenities and was in a great location. The host gave us excellent instructions for check in so the apartment was very easy to find. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend Clement’s apartment enough.

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram, etc.). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.

Very satisfied with this listing! Very clear accommodation, very nice . Out of more than perfect , accommodating, cordial , available . If we had to chip in total kindness would have been on the bedding . We had trouble sleeping . Otherwise there was really nothing to complain about this place , we would not hesitate to return if we still have a dance competition around!
