Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

The location is excellent (in fact very close to all amenities), with private parking and/or easily available nearby. Including every comfort: TV, washing machine, coffee maker, etc...and super well equipped! all high quality, they make you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Claudio's apartment is located on the other side of the Parma river, very close to the old town on a traffic-calmed street. The apartment with two small terraces extends over three floors and has charm. It is equipped with everything you need. A small drawback is the lack of a parking space, but we ultimately found what we were looking for at Parco Ducale (subject to a fee). Because of mosquitoes in the summer, it is better to keep the windows closed - great that there was air conditioning. Claudio was also so kind to allow us a late check-out at our request. Recommended!

The apartment is small and nice, perfect for two. Since Parma is a culinary stronghold, it doesn't need a whole kitchen. Everything else is there (fridge, coffee machine...), clean and pretty. The area is lively and the accommodation is very central. Giacomo was flexible and responded very quickly. He was friendly and recommended many good bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed our overnight stay in the apartment. Comfortable with all the amenities and some nice personal touches made us feel at home. Will definitely stay again.

New, clean, and a 20 minute walk to town centre, train and ferries. The location worked well for me. The breakfast options were slice bread, crackers, some cereal, and cold cuts which I really appreciated. Perfect 👌

I loved my stay with Luidmila and her family and felt really at home. Luidmila and her family are totally warm, open and helpful and the accommodation is simply fantastic. I loved every little detail of this house and also the breakfast with the piano music in the background was just beautiful to wake up to. I also took a walk to the castle ruins, which are nearby, and enjoyed the landscape. I was very well taken care of, I was helped and the exchange with Google Translate was really exciting. Delightful experience in the countryside around Parma. Accommodation located in a quiet area, in a country style, with a beautiful swimming pool where you can relax.
