St Caprais de Bordeaux est un village qui possède toutes les commodités(carrefour, boulangerie, pharmacie, cabinet médical).

House: Large Studio

De passage sur Bordeaux, vous serez les bienvenus dans notre spacieux studio, lumineux avec terrasse sans vis à vis et jardin avec parking privé. Des restaurants, épiceries, boulangeries et un centre commercial se trouvent pas loin du centre ville de Créon . Si la balade vous tente, à pied où à vélo, vous aurez la piste cyclable Roger LAPEBIE. Le logement est à 25 km de Bordeaux centre, accessible en bus 470 toutes les heures du lundi au vendredi. Un arrêt pas loin de la gare Saint Jean.

Located in a 19th-century house with a 5,000-m² park, renovated in 2020, enjoy a 90-m² self-contained accommodation unit in a wing of the house, featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15-m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11-m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180-cm bed), a 30-m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.

You will also have access to our chicken coop and you can discover our 3 goats Our house is located between Bordeaux and St Emilion/Libourne (30 min), perfect for discovering our beautiful wine region. The Arcachon Bay is a 1 hour 15 minute drive.
