This was the perfect location for exploring St. Augustine’s! Quick walk to the historic district, and easy to take a quick drive to beaches and other areas. Jamie’s place is spacious & beautifully decorated as well - would look forward to returning!

My family enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our group of 10! Michael and his team were very responsive. We needed more towels and they were delivered within the hour. Online photos of the home were accurate. We will stay again.

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

We had an amazing stay at this home in St. Augustine! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with appliances, spices, and utensils that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was a true highlight—like having our own private paradise. It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful experience all around!

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

Pure delight in such a lovely setting! Tropical, lush clean landscape, delightful pool so relaxing and just the right size. The lanai patio was screened in , watching TV with coffee in the AM perfect. Comfy beds, nice linens, lots of space, workable pretty kitchen, outdoor shower so convenient, the tv has good choices, the grill so nice to cook on, we were amazed at the accuracy of the position of the dishwasher! Lol YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE! A short pretty walk to the vast huge beach, so nice to do what you want there, no restrictions, dogs, tents, cigars, food, drinks, you can walk for miles and the shells are fun. The host was very responsive. The upstairs great room and the pool patio was where we spent nearly all of our time at the home, and we had a blast. There were 13 of us and when never felt crowded. The beach was a short walk and there was so much space to lay around and play games. If I am being critical the few shortcomings were that the spa did not heat, the grill did not have a starter, and the outside TV did not work. Otherwise, we had a memorable trip, and we are grateful for the hospitality.

Easily a 5 star experience! House is even better than the pictures show. Beautiful house, beautiful views, very close to the pier and great food spots. The host is very friendly, very quick to respond and is helpful when questioned. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this place again ! 10/10

From booking to checkout, Lauren was extremely responsive to every inquiry and request. For our bunch, the place was perfect. There was a favorite activity for every age and interest. From enjoying the beautiful beach - wave jumping, skim boarding, shell collecting, relaxing, and beautiful evening walks in the setting sun - to fishing the inlet, with a sea turtle or two circling your feet, the setting was fabulous. The pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Meals with everyone out on the third story deck was another highlight of our trip. The youngest generation felt grown up with their own kitchenette in their room and the game room just through their bedroom doorway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The space is comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The pool was so great to hop into on a hot day. The ocean and beach is literally a 5 minute walk up the road. The location is a convenient drive to the historic area. There is also nearby shopping. The hosts were easy to reach. We had the power go out after a powerful thunderstorm. They communicated with us and found out how long until the power returned. The wifi and internet worked great (our boys unfortunately had to complete school work). The Roku was nice to have as well. I highly recommend this property, especially for a family.

This is quite the find; 5 star property in a beautiful, off the beaten path location. Walking distance to a pristine beach is 10 minutes; Greg has all the beach essentials. Walking distance to nearby restaurants, local fish market on a shaded, paved path; Greg has bikes available as Publix is conveniently 2 miles from house. I highly recommend Bartlett’s restaurant and Debra Jean’s cafe. Greg has a beautifully decorated home in a quiet neighbourhood where everyone waves/says hello. It is comfortably furnished, cozy feeling; airy and well designed including regular sized washer/dryer, garage with pool table and ample deck furniture. The house has everything you need; believe me, I did not need to bring so much from my own kitchen! Greg deserves kudos; he is very responsive and checked in half way through our month long visit to offer any assistance. He goes beyond expectations. Thank you.

It was a memorable vacation. The house was just as the listing showed and also the location to the beach is great. We had a swim in the pool and walked to the beach every day. I highly recommend the stay.

This house was very impressive. It is as listed and is very well stocked with cooking supplies, trash bags, paper towels, etc. Very impressed!

St. Augustine has been our go to beach destination the last few years and this home has been our favorite so far. It had everything we wanted - private swimming pool, easy beach access, and a place to go fishing. Access to the beach was just a short walk (maybe 7 -8 minutes). You have to cross A1A but it was never an issue as there is a pedestrian crosswalk. We really enjoyed the pool. It is a good size and heated so the temperature was always perfect both during the day and evening. All outdoor furniture was in excellent shape and very comfortable. The gas grill looked almost new and was fully functional. The home backs up to a canal which connects to the Matanzas River. I was able to catch a couple of fish from the backyard and probably could have caught more if I was more diligent. The inside of the home was spotless clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with decent quality cookware. We also really enjoyed the pool table. The hosts were very responsive

Robin was a wonderful host. The property was very charming I felt like I was in a movie. Highly recommend for anyone planning a beach vacation. We were only 20 minutes from downtown. Robin was also a very thoughtful host. She had everything prepared that I could ever think of very accommodating for a small family or anybody with dogs. I appreciate it every detail. Definitely will be back the next time I visit!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Property is clean and well maintained. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we will book at this location again! Property was just as described, with easy access to the beach and overall a very comfortable place to stay with our adult children and grandchild. The "beach supplies" that are available were just what we needed to have a good time at the beach without packing/purchasing all the needed things! The back yard with a large hot tub, patio and firepit area was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Host Seth was awesome and very responsive!

This was an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a quiet retreat with your dogs in tow. The view and beach accessibility were top-notch. The small, quaint cottage is rustic and charming. Having a complimentary bottle of wine from the local winery offered a nice, welcoming touch. I love Vilano Beach and I hope to stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean and spotless inside. We wanted to do a ‘staycation’ for our vow renewal and this was the perfect spot. The house is 3 stories so there is plenty of space! Our kids loved the air hockey table and direct access to the beach. The ocean views are incredible - 10/10 would recommend!
