La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in Normandy, in a beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

I can also welcome you to another house two minutes from this one that you can find on the site in the name of the "Logis du château".

Our lovely house is near to the golf of the Castle of the Battlefield of Le Neubourg, 25 kms from Rouen, 50 kms from Honfleur and the garden of Giverny (painter Monet) an near to all conveniences. On the leisure side : two bicycles at your disposal to discover the green lane for a stroll on the Normand heritage. You will appreciate our house for its calm, its charm, and the nature surroundings. Perfect place for a romantic or family escape (with 2 small children)

The Studio of the Seine

25 m2 studio on the ground floor, 10 min walk to the city center and 3 min to the banks of the Seine. It will seduce you with its mezzanine. It is located 17 minutes from Rouen Exhibition Centre, 25 minutes from Kindarena, 16 minutes from Biotropica. At the end of the street, Place du Champ de Foire, the F9 bus line will take you to Rouen. Free street parking (not always available) and free parking at the end of the street (Champ de Foire).

Welcome to this former sheepfold transformed into a Tiny House. Take a break in a green setting punctuated by the sound of water. Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)
