Everything described and shown of this property is undervaluing its delight. This is beautifully and perfectly placed in Chania. It has everything you need within the property, whether there's 1 or 5 staying. There's lots of do within easy walking distance, including the delicious Periplous restaurant down the road, the sea opposite, and that view!! --- blissfully divine perks of the location Antonis and Nikos are so helpful and considerate. We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location is quiet and offers a great view of the sea – perfect for unwinding. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The landlords were friendly and helpful and made the stay pleasant. All in all, a nice house for a relaxing beach vacation.

Absolutely recommended! Penelopi and her husband are excellent hosts who welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. The Apple Apartment is beautiful, superbly equipped and very well maintained. Numerous trees and plants surround the cozy terrace. The location is very quiet and you can reach the beach of Koutsounari in a few minutes. The city of Ierapetra is only a few minutes away by car. The interior is also very well maintained and the furnishings are in the typical Greek style. We were here for the second time and would come again and again. We have received recommendations for beaches and attractions that are almost exclusively known to locals. We are already looking forward to the next time we see Penelopi, Nikos, Sissi and Dobby again 😇😍

the place is very good for 1 or 2 people maximum (can be with a baby) with its small private terrace overlooking the sea, everything works well (wifi and air conditioning), Maria is very responsive to messages and the instructions are very clear. the village of Cholmos is very pretty. I therefore recommend this apartment and this village! just the hot water is not very hot but when it is 30 degrees outside it is fine and not much pressure.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was super clean and everything well maintained. Just felt right at home with an amazing view, great beds and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Pinelopi's house in late May/early June 2025. Everything is as described! The terrace is simply wonderful and beautiful in the countryside as well as with sea views. The location of the accommodation is central and very, very quiet. Pinelopi is an excellent host! We were received personally and warmly. There was a bottle of olive oil, wine and raki as well as a plate of fresh fruit. In addition, several bottles of water. The cleanliness is particularly noteworthy. Pinelopi is always approachable, and she also gives countless excursion and restaurant tips. Conclusion: We were completely thrilled Thank you again.

Spectacular views, lovely rooftop terrace. The bar next door did not bother us at all, and was a great place to sit down and have a drink at night. The village and its little beach was very nice. All in all, highly recommended.

Everything was one of a kind and truly remarkable - from the drive there through the spectacular views, then the hospitality and welcome by Aspasia the concierge and Katerina the host, the packed fridge with loads of beverages, fruit, snacks, etc… the house is gorgeous and super comfortable, the outside is beautiful with loads of comfy outdoor furniture, great location right on the sea, great pool, and a good taverna within around 50m walking distance. I would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time for our girls trip there! Paraskevi was so incredibly friendly and even brought us a dessert, as a small consolation, because we didn't have quite so nice weather. But for a few days we had sun and were able to enjoy the pool really well! There were 7 of us and we could feel really comfortable, with enough space! We would definitely come again! It was great 😊 thank you so much!!!

Amazing stay! High end finishings, great location

What a fantastic stay! The place itself is gorgeous - even better than pictured and lots of nice details, like high quality outdoor furniture, automatic sunshades, and a well-appointed kitchen with everything you need and more. We brought our baby and it was perfect - they even provided a baby cot. The beach is a lot rockier than expected from the photos, but still really nice with the sun beds and umbrellas and you can hear the ocean from the house. The hosts were absolutely lovely, very sweet and responsive and proactive about checking in. Parking is easy with a free lot next door. The only drawback is that it’s on a very busy main street and can be quite loud at night, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs. The walk into town feels longer than anticipated with the summer heat, but there are also some very nice restaurants a 5 min walk in the other direction that are worth checking out: Taverna Galera and Prima Plora are both great!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place! From the beginning, Maria was incredibly helpful and friendly—she stayed in contact with us every day to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She also gave us plenty of great recommendations for sightseeing and local restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We spent wonderful and relaxing holidays in Dimitri's apartment. The apartment is fantastically beautiful and tastefully furnished, with high-quality furniture and it really lacks nothing. The terrace has a unique beautiful view of the sea and we spent many beautiful hours there. Dimitris is super friendly, always available and with helpful tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. he helped us a lot. He also organized the transfer from the airport and it worked out perfectly. The location of the apartment is also perfect. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance and the bus station is just across the street. We highly recommend the apartment, for us the most beautiful so far and we will gladly think back to the time and come back soon.

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect and the host went above and beyond to make it a brilliant holiday. The massages we had at the house on the last morning were the perfect end to a great holiday. The place is up a hill but this was no issue for us. It is close enough for a walk into the old town and 5 mins walk to the best beaches.

Alexandros and his family are very welcoming and we felt really welcome. We, two fathers each with a daughter (15 years old), had rented two apartments and our daughters were allowed to use an apartment for themselves. Due to the late arrival, we were only there around midnight and his sister Evi welcomed us warmly. The next morning, we were spoiled by Alexandros with fresh fruits. We had this pleasure even more often during our vacation. A defective kettle was immediately replaced with a new appliance. Alexandros' mother Maria gave us many tips for excursions, restaurants and car rental. That Alexandros agreed to drive us to the airport at 4:30 AM is another hallmark of this warm family's fantastic hospitality. Thanks for a great time at Vitorakis Apartments!
