Welcome to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the house. Just finished, you will still enjoy the sweet smell of wood. The house is off the road and accessible via a short driveway. Beautiful view of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the surrounding mountains. Ideally located between the Orres ski resort, Lake Serre Ponçon and the town of Embrun (15 min drive to each location). The 68 m2 apartment we are offering was completely renovated during the summer of 2020. It is located on the ground floor and has a small garden furniture. With a barbecue available and the calm of the surroundings, you can enjoy the outdoor spaces during the beautiful summer evenings.
