The proximity to Sancerre (10min. by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for tasting. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. There is a shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me ..always improving! Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

You can enjoy the landscape of the vineyard and also the proximity of shops in Saint Saturn at the foot of the hill of Sancerre. Halfway between two big cities, Bourges and Nevers, you can satisfy your cultural desires. I'm looking forward to seeing you!

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

La Noue

Accommodation in the middle of the vineyards and the vineyard estate, depending on the period and the work to be done in the vineyards, there may be some noise (tractors, etc.) Apart from that you will be in the vineyards of the south of the Sancerre appellation and close to Menetou-Salon (15-minute drive). The pottery village of La Borne is a 20-minute drive away and the center of Sancerre is 10 minutes away.
