I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the quiet village Crezancy-en-Sancerre.There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. The proximity to Sancerre (10min. by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for tasting. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. There is a shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me ..always improving! Accommodation in the middle of the vineyards and the vineyard estate, depending on the period and the work to be done in the vineyards, there may be some noise (tractors, etc.) Apart from that you will be in the vineyards of the south of the Sancerre appellation and close to Menetou-Salon (15-minute drive).
