The proximity to Sancerre (10min. by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for tasting. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. There is a shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me ..always improving! You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

La Noue

Accommodation in the middle of the vineyards and the vineyard estate, depending on the period and the work to be done in the vineyards, there may be some noise (tractors, etc.) Apart from that you will be in the vineyards of the south of the Sancerre appellation and close to Menetou-Salon (15-minute drive). The pottery village of La Borne is a 20-minute drive away and the center of Sancerre is 10 minutes away.
