The apartment is very well located, overlooking the sea and a block from the beach. It has the basics necessary for a comfortable stay. It has an air fryer, very useful in the kitchen. We were in March, after the end of the season, and we were able to enjoy the silence and tranquility of the surroundings. During the season, I believe the area is busier as it is very close to the central area of Arroio do Silva.

I want to thank Diana, she was proactive and communicative from the beginning, showing kindness and honesty talking about the city sights. The check in was very quiet, she herself left a few presents and the table very organized to receive my family, who even everyone also liked the house in general, 4 rooms of ideal size to house a lot of people, not to mention the patio around the house as well, space to place the cars inside the stay is already a differential! The only thing that was missing was air conditioning in all the rooms, it has only 2 air conditioning, but this is not an obstacle because the place is top! I would stay again for sure. Wonderful house! For those with children it's perfect! We could get full view of them while playing in the sand of the beach and we were in the kitchen. All very organized, the beach is quiet and has a wonderful sunset! It's a real rest! Amamos and no doubt we will return! Thank you Karine!

Great house. We got good tbm days, that made us enjoy the pool and the beach. We had a good stadia. Neighborhood and away from the city center, but there are markets and bakeries nearby. Gessica was very attentive.
