Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time staying at Sandra's place in Slano. She was a wonderful host who had great recommendations and was responsive to our questions and needs. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The location was beautiful and peaceful in May. We appreciated being in the village that had restaurants, but was quieter than the larger cities. Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

Wundervoller Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Villa war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von dem Meer Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und Gabi war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde definitiv wiederkommen!

Schöne Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und tolle Aussicht. Beheizbarer Whirlpool ist ein klares Plus, auch wenn das Wetter mal schlecht ist. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Sehr guter Standard!

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.

Ivica was spectacular from the start of our booking. He went above and beyond. He welcomed us to his lovely home that was beyond our dreams. The view was amazing. All the different hang out areas were great for our family. The hot tub and pool view blew our mind. Ivica and his family were so welcoming and gave us fresh produce from their garden, coffee, milks, and different food items. He was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations for everything in the area. I wish I could have stayed forever. I will come back again and recommend all my friends and family to stay. You won’t be disappointed with this home. Croatia stole my heart. I can’t wait to come back.

Es empfängt nicht nur, es schenkt ein tiefes Gefühl von Geborgenheit und Ankommen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, stilvoll und mit spürbarer Liebe zum Detail gewählt. Whirlpool und Pool? Luxuriöse Rückzugsorte mit echter Klasse, die Erholung nicht versprechen, sondern möglich machen. Alles wirkt durchdacht, sehr gepflegt und von wohltuender Ruhe getragen. Und Ana und Josip? Gastgeber wie aus einer anderen Welt – herzlich, achtsam, feinfühlig und würdevoll. Ihre Peka, der fangfrische Fisch, der feine Kartoffelsalat, ihr selbstgemachter Wein – lauter Geschenke, die uns sehr tief berührt haben. Auch unsere kleinen Hunde wurden mit offenem Herzen empfangen. Dieser Ort hat uns weit mehr geschenkt als Zeit: Erinnerung, Tiefe, Dankbarkeit. Etwas Bleibendes. Danke – von ganzem Herzen!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. We had a fantastic stay at Villa! The view is absolutely breathtaking — easily the best part of the villa and something you'll never get tired of. The driveway is very steep, which can be a bit intimidating at first, but once you've done it once, it's totally manageable. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and truly lives up to its name — peaceful and private. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with unforgettable scenery!

Gloria und Alen sind wunderbare und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Villa ist ein Traum, hier stimmt einfach alles. Wer hier noch nicht war sollte her kommen, wer hier schon war kommt eh wieder. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Villa zu Hundert Prozent weiter empfehlen!

Das Haus ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber, der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar gewesen und der Whirlpool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Alles Top. 😊

Es war wirklich toll bei Josipa und Mirko Mirko. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles und noch viele Extras mehr da, als man gebraucht hat. Die Gegend ist schön und sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viele vorhanden. Absolut toll und nicht touristisch. Die Einheimischen sind nett und hilfsbereit. Ein toller Urlaub Vielen Dank Josipa und Mirko 🥰

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Woche in der schönen Villa von Smilja. Es war alles super sauber und obwohl wir erst spät in der Nacht anreisen konnten war der Check-in kein Problem. Uns erwartete sogar ein Wilkommensgruß, vielen Dank dafür. Der Kontakt mit Smilja war toll - wie auch schon im Vorfeld total schnell und sehr freundlich. Uns hat es rundum super gefallen. Besonders der tolle beheizte Pool und das Spielzimmer haben den Kindern am besten gefallen. Und, dass sich in jedem Raum ein Smart-TV befand ;-). Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, wir haben noch einige Ausflugsziele auf der Liste. Ein Mietwagen/Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, obwohl man Privlaka auch gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Andrea’s place was truly something out of a magazine—every detail was thoughtfully designed, and no expense was spared. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, chocolates, and a refrigerator stocked with delicious meats, cheeses, and fresh bread. Such a lovely touch! The village of Orašac is absolutely charming. The locals are warm and friendly, and the nearby coffee shop/pub was perfect for an evening nightcap. Andrea went above and beyond during our stay. She even brought us outlet adapters so we could charge our phones—completely unprompted. She also recommended a private skipper for a day tour of the nearby islands and Blue Cave, which was an unforgettable experience. The skipper was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and the boat was fully stocked with wine, beer, water, and towels. Like another reviewer said: if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay at bloomhill villa, honestly the best holiday of our lives! Mia was the most friendly and attentive host there to answer any questions we had. The house was even better in person than in the photos, every room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we could think of, amazing coffee and ice machines too! We loved cooking and eating out in the outdoor kitchen, one of our favourite parts of the house. The pool was beautiful and warm and the lovely outdoor furniture was the perfect place to relax in the sun. The location was ideal, a very private beach just a stroll down the hill and beautiful walking along the costal paths. We also enjoyed walking to other beaches and bars which were not far away. Trogir is only a short taxi ride away and the most amazing city we have ever been to, with so many brilliant restaurants and bars. We had the most amazing time and will definitely return!

A true gem! Very beautiful, spacious house right on the Adriatic coast with an amazing sea view. We loved staying there. The place feels very private and peaceful, and it’s super comfortable to relax by the heated pool on comfy loungers, perfect for lazy days. Honestly, it felt like a five-star hotel in the best way possible. The house itself looks amazing, very stylish, with lots of attention to detail. You can really tell that the hosts cared about making everything feel special. It’s easy to drive to nearby coastal towns like Omiš or Makarska. We totally recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and recharge. I hope we’ll be back someday!

Die Unterkunft von Ilija war genau das was meine Freunde und ich gesucht hatten. Es war perfekt ausgestattet für einen erholsamen Urlaub für uns nach unseren Abschlussprüfungen! Wir wurden von den Gastgebern schnell und freundlich bei unserer Ankunft in die Villa eingewiesen und bekamen auch ein kleines Wilkommensgeschenk :D Bei fragen waren sie direkt erreichbar und auch konnten sie schnell zur Hand gehen wenn es ein kleines Problem gab oder ein bestimmter Wunsch von uns kam :) Insgesamt hatten meine Freunde und ich einen sehr guten Aufenthalt dort und würden die Villa jedem weiterempfehlen!

Auch wenn den Weg zur Unterkunft etwas abenteuerlich war war es den Ausblick und dir Ruhe es wert. Wir haben in der Unterkunft schöne Erinnerungen gesammelt und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen.

My family of six adults and a toddler had the most wonderful stay at Mato’s Mlini home. It was perfect—close to Dubrovnik yet with the relaxed charm of ocean life. The villa had everything we needed to cook, unwind, and simply enjoy time together. We spent our days by the pool, sharing meals at the outdoor table and laughing late into the night over card games. The space was private, with breathtaking Adriatic views, and just a short stroll to the ocean, a bakery, and a convenience store. Our favorite day? Renting a boat to explore the blue cave and nearby beaches. Morning runs along the long boardwalk were a treat, and the toddler loved playing in the parks—especially the pedal cars with a built-in slide! Maybe that was more for me and my husband. Mlini had good restaurants and cocktail bars, but the surprise highlight was walking to the abandoned hotels at sunset. Mato was an incredible host, always ready to help, and I wholeheartedly recommend his home!

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!
