The Pottery Barn

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Prince's Forge is a newly converted cottage with its own private parking and courtyard garden, located on the edge of the downland village of Peasemore. It is situated on a quiet country lane, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and has views across the neighbouring fields. It is within easy reach of the A34 and M4, and the local market towns of Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. The nearest pub for good food and a drink is a short walk away and the local farm shop is close by.

Lovely self-contained annex with outdoor space

A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle, where Downton Abbey was filmed. Secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

Our cottage is in a great little hamlet in Berkshire and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the countryside and the towns of Newbury and Reading.The cottage itself is open plan and is very light and airy with a modern mediterranean feel to it. It has two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is perfect for a quiet getaway or a busy shopping spree!
