Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time here our first overnight trip with our new baby. Brilliant hosts, the bread and eggs were a nice touch. Interesting cup lights in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend. Thanks :)

Lovely cottage in perfect location , short walk to beach and local pub . Cottage was perfect for our stay , hot tub was perfect after busy days . Hopefully will stay again someday .

FABULOUS STAY!! ONE OF THE BEST ON AIR-BNB. Stunning location and the home was epic. Gorgeous old farmhouse with all the modern comets. Stayed with our entire family and the kids were so happy. Hot tub, walks and plenty of space to run around. Sarah always responded and was proactive to help us with anything. We even extended our stay we were having so much fun. We will be back.

I have to start by saying what a tremendously attentive host Nikki was with us before and during our fantastic stay at the Rookery Barns (Peregrine)! We were greeted with warmth & a smile by Nikki and shown around the Peregrine Barn we’d booked in the peaceful North Norfolk countryside. Immediate impressions were wow and the photos really do a great job of how luxurious the barn is when you step inside. The kitchen & living area is roomy and warm, plus have everything you need and more! Nikki had supplied a generous welcome basket of milk, tea, cookies, etc and even a couple of Easter eggs 😊 which were gratefully received by our two daughters! The hot tub outside in the back garden was a delight & we all thoroughly enjoyed whiling away the evening in there watching the sunset and listening to the various local fauna. The bathroom and bedrooms are all super stylish, roomy and pristinely clean. The bed’s were a little on the soft/spring side for our personal liking but that’s all! 5

Beautiful place to stay. Nice and clean. All key amenities that you would need. Lovely touches such as tea, coffee, milk, biscuits for a cuppa after a long drive along with things to wash up. Very quiet location, thoroughly enjoyable sat outside with a cup of tea at sunset.

We stayed over Christmas with four adults and four children, and we had an absolutely amazing time. The house was the perfect size for our group, providing plenty of space and comfort for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was well-equipped, and after a bit of quick research on the aga, we were able to cook a flawless Christmas dinner. The hot tub was a fantastic addition—especially for the kids, who would have happily spent the entire day in it if we’d let them! Faye was outstanding from the beginning, offering great recommendations for local pubs for lunch on Christmas Eve and promptly answering any questions we had during our stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience in a well-equipped property, and we would highly recommend it for a family and friends getaway. Let me know if you’d like any further refinements!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sheringham. The flat was extremely well located and was spacious and comfortable. Such a bonus to have outside space too. Will definitely return.

This is our second visit to Chloe's cottage in Holt. It is just perfect for a relaxed stay, no driving necessary, everything is on hand. My brother and his family stayed this time and it was perfect as his wife and daughter don't drive. Be back soon!

We know the area well, but this house is really well situated close to both town and sea. Lovely house as described.

Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. Very relaxing, comfy bed. Lovely courtyard garden. Very large shower. We ate at Blackboys Hotel where the food was incredible! ! We took our puppy with us, the property was perfect for this. Rebecca’s asked any questions we had very quickly. We visited Happisburgh

Eilish's place was amazing! We stayed for couples of nights and we have everything we need and more. Eilish made us feel very welcoming. We will stay there again, 100% sure!

Titch house itself was very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. I personally think the only thing needed was more comfortable outdoor furniture. Although the property is on a main road and opposite a fantastic pub/ restaurant, you would never know. We had 4 very comfortable and peaceful nights. I would definitely recommend and also do a return visit. The fishmongers tavern (across the road) is well worth a visit. All amenities just a short 10 minutes walk away Thank you Liz&Matt

Great place to stay and an excellent location for visiting this side of Norfolk. Very quiet and peaceful, nice barn conversion with pleanty of room on three floors. Spacious off-street parking and we had use of a large pretty garden. The property was very clean, and had a modern fitted kitchen with excellent appliances. The house, in general, is very well equipped and very comfortable. Small but adequate shower room plus a handy ground floor cloakroom. The host lived next door and was available if needed. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Nice place clean and tidy. Great super fast broadband and having Netflix is a great bonus although we were out at the lovely beaches most of the time we were there Will consider booking again as we will definitely be coming back to Norfolk.

Our family stayed at one of the beautiful lodges, we were greeted by Steve, what a lovely man, he shew us how to use the amenities, and said if we needed anything , just to ask, he left us to enjoy our 2 night stay, swimming pool amazing, hot tub amazing, our lodge was amazing too, near to the broads where we enjoyed a boat trip, really was the best 2 days, we will be going back sometime in the future Natalie Devereux

Perfect location. Really comfortable space. Everything we needed. Fab having access to the swimming pool. It wasn't busy, so we had relative flexibility to use the pool at the times we wished. Easy access to local places to visit for a great holiday including long walks on beautiful beaches. Would recommend!

This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest.The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.

had a wonderful family break with my two teenagers. Fantastic location near to the beach, good family entertainment in club house, near to great Yarmouth stadium and seafront.

Great cottage. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room and all of the basics covered. The Goat Shed farm shop & cafe was SO much more than we had expected - fabulous! How wonderful to see a great business thriving. Great range, gorgeous food, amazing staff who went out of their way to help us even when we needed an iron (which was not in their job description). Would recommend everything about The Goat Shed and the accommodation.

A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.
