This cottage is composed on the ground floor of a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa lounge, 1 bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms including 1 with sauna. This old 16th century watermill is located on the outskirts of the town of Saint Hippolyte du Fort, at the foot of the Cevennes. Surrounded by vineyards and the Vidourle river, but still within walking distance of all amenities and the cozy center. The house is suitable for 4 to 6 people, there are 2 2-person bedrooms, possibility to add a crib and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. In the heart of the Cévennes countryside, the cottage occupies the former clède (chestnut dryer), whose renovation combines comfort and authenticity. A private terrace in the shade of the trees will allow you to dine there in the summer. You will have access to the garden which offers many rest areas in the shade of the hackberries and holm oaks as well as the pool. For safety reasons, unfortunately I am unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age.
