The Cottage

Beautiful rural two-storey gîte in ancient Normandy Long House in tranquil location close to Carentan, Utah Beach and D-Day Experience Museum. Located in the Les Marais Natural Park, surrounded by wildlife including horses, hares, and herons. Beautiful swimming pool open end May to end August. You will have access to a games room with a pool table and ping pong. We are unable to accommodate pets. Please also check out our other adjacent gîte - called 'Les Etables' or 'The Stables'.

Situé au coeur de la Normandie, à 15 mn de la mer et de toutes les festivités du débarquement, venez vous détendre en amoureux dans notre châlet de la reconstruction d'après guerre entièrement rénové en 2025. Envie d'une détente au coin du feu, d'une partie de billard, un petit moment spa ou un bon film sûr grand écran vous êtes au bon endroit ! Nos amis les animaux sont les bienvenus, ils auront un jardin privatif et clos. Bouteille de mousseux offerte! Machine à pain juste à côté.

250 m² house which includes: • on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with TV and separate shower room and separate toilet; kitchen with its back kitchen that gives access to the pool; living room with TV • 1st floor: 1 master bedroom with TV, bathroom and personal toilet, and a second bedroom that can be connected or not with the third that also has its own independent shower room and separate toilet. A covered and heated pool from the Easter holidays to the All Saints holidays.

You will love this unique and romantic getaway. The Château d'Hémevez offers a decor that belongs to no one else. It is in the central wing dating from the 17th century that we offer you 400 m2 of history, travel, reverie and poetry. Here, no museum castle, or furniture under a bell... we have lunch on pretty Louis XV furniture without compromising on modern comfort (swimming pool obliges). In short, it is an experience dedicated to the French art of living!

At the turn of a path, you'll come across this imposing building, an old flour mill that's more than a hundred years old. You can enjoy the calm of the place or let yourself be surprised by one of the many hiking trails. They will take you to the heart of the bocage, marshes and historical sites related to DDAY. We wanted to keep traces of the past of this place, while paying the utmost attention to your comfort. Our cottage is rated 4*.

Nestled in a peaceful corner of the countryside, this picturesque cottage was once a bread oven. Offering a rustic and warm setting, it is perfect for nature lovers in search of tranquility. The house consists of a mezzanine bedroom, equipped kitchen, and cozy living room. Outside, a flower garden and pond offer ideal relaxation spaces to enjoy the surrounding calm. Utah Beach and Saint Vaast la Hougue are 15 minutes away.

The Relais des Cascades

Nestled in the heart of the private garden of the “Château de La Germonière”, le Relais des Cascades is a charming house with a wonderful outlook on the famous waterfalls. Fully renovated in 2024, this 90 sqm house proposes a high quality service on 2 floors and will accommodate up to 4 persons for an unforgettable stay. The house is a 15 min drive from the sea and 35 min drive for the D-Day beaches.
