Chef Step is an exemplary host. He could not have been kinder, more generous or more thoughtful. Brought us his amazing coffee every morning. Made delicious breakfasts (Eggs! Elk sausage! Fresh juice!). He seems like he was born to host. He is a gifted storyteller and has many a tale to tell. Our trip to NYC was enhanced by our stay with Chef Step and we’ll absolutely stay with him again. Thanks Chef! CCH!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely and pleasant accommodation. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The place is well-equipped — perhaps guests would also appreciate having a toaster. The host was very helpful. Special thanks to Norman for getting us an inflatable guest bed — it was a very nice surprise. The accommodation is in a beautiful old building with excellent transport connections. The subway is just a 3-minute walk away. We highly recommend this place to anyone who would enjoy staying in an exciting, interesting neighborhood with a kind and helpful host.

I stayed in the small room and only went there to get a good night sleep. The two other rooms were rented out as well but I barely saw the others and we didn't have the same bathroom times - which was convenient. I enjoyed my stay in NYC and the little room at Tash's place was all I needed for my nights at the apartment.
