Holiday rentals with a patio in Crown Heights, Brooklyn

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

We enjoyed every minute of this stay! The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in! The home was clean. Cute. Charming. Kristen communicated very quickly! Would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend!

What originally drew me to this listing, besides the look of the place, was how complete and informative his listing was…very helpful esp not being familiar with the area. Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

We had a fantastic week at Francois’ in Jersey City, using it as a base to explore Manhattan and New York. We loved the location of the apartment and being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for some quiet evenings and undisturbed sleeps! The beds were comfy, the space appreciated, the area felt safe day and night, and the commute into Manhattan was easy. Weekend PATH timetables can delay the journey, but we had no problems with that. One stop to the WTC or a bit longer to midtown. There are some nice local restaurants we tried out - Edward’s Steakhouse and O’Hara’s - both great. The skyline view from Exchange Place unbeatable. I have no hesitation in recommending Francois’ to other visitors. We were just two, but there was plenty of space for four!

The brick wall house was a great stay with beautiful interiors. It felt like home with all the amenities available, also very clean. Andres was very responsive on replying to messages and also provided blender on my request. Great host. Had a small confusion on the doors and it's keys, Andres helped in sorting it out immediately. The only draw back in this stay happened to be the neighborhood it was not suitable for walking around at night. Just couple of streets past this ocean avenue was very pleasant and good neighborhood but not this one. Use only cabs and delivery apps at night.

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

We were in the area for the Five Boro Bike Ride and this place was great! It was very well equipped with lots of amenities we enjoyed eating out on the deck and walked one night to nice Mediterranian restaurant. The location for the ride was excellent. it was a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to the start and only 2 miles from the finish. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The icing on the cake was allowing us to return to the house to checkout after the race, especially as we got rained on and really appreciated a quick shower before our drive home. Highly recommend!

Jessica’s place is a perfect mini oasis in a wonderful area of the city. Cozy spot to come home to after a busy day of exploring. Amazing restaurants and things to do right around the block. It’s close to public transport stops as well, which made getting around easy.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Highly recommend. It’s just outside the city for quiet privacy and space, but super fast to get to the city. We took the path train and another day the ferry. Way better than staying in a tiny, expensive hotel.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area

We were so lucky to have such a perfect apartment while visiting New York. My elderly parents and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Extremely relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access and just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants, transport. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

The location is amazing. There is a subway station within walking distance that makes getting around the city very easy. The neighborhood is safe and the locals were friendly. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as a laundrymat if needed. We had a small leak during our stay and Annie had someone there to repair the leak as well as extra towels before we made it home for the evening. Highly recommend for a family to stay here!

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.
