La maison dispose de 2 chambres (la première avec un lit 160x200, la deuxième avec 2 lits 90x200) d'une salle d'eau avec une douche, d'un espace séjour/salon avec cuisine ouverte et d'une véranda. Chauffage central via un poêle à granulés. Stationnement devant la maison. Attention : pas de lave-linge pour le moment.

The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

Take a step back in this newly renovated gîte with its own style. Gîte Loutre is located in the middle of the forest and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms overlook the river. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, and washing machine. A barbecue is in front of the cottage Of course, the gite has WIFI. Our family home, a typical 1896 Corrèze farmhouse, is located in the heart of the Milles Sources plateau. Refurbished, for our holidays we want to discover this little corner of France that is still wild. The hamlet of Neuvialle, both very quiet and vibrant because of its inhabitants, is the starting point for a multitude of hikes directly on foot from the house, through the coniferous forests, the heather moors, and the pastures where lambs graze.

Hello, I rent my house which is located in the charming town of Felletin. A 10-minute walk to amenities while being on a quiet street and not directly overlooked. I provide a garden and a terrace that is very well exposed for eating outside. The house is bright and stays cool even in hot weather There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room - dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Quiet house

Authentic house in a very quiet cul-de-sac village. You will have at your disposal a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Located near Felletin, you will also be 20 minutes from Aubusson and 35 minutes from Lake Vassivière. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the semi-sheltered outdoor terrace or the living room equipped with a pellet stove. The land is fully fenced.
