You will stay in a beautiful studio, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped: A real place to relax with a sea view. Guests can also enjoy the sheltered terrace to contemplate the bay of Morgat. The apartment is located in a luxury residence, less than 50 meters from the beach, and less than 100 meters from shops (pharmacy, restaurant, ice cream parlor, bakery, convenience stores). You can also discover the area by bike as the building has secure storage.

The GreenKub offers you a small cozy nest with all the comforts in the heights of Morgat, at the foot of the GR 34. The GreenKub Lounge is new, it has a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and TV. The bathroom consists of a shower with hammam / aromatherapy, a single sink and toilet. The adjoining terrace is over 20 m2; there is a BBQ area, garden furniture and 2 deckchairs, under an adjustable awning.

This house is ideal for unwinding, and family bike rides. Shopping centers are 5 km away (Crozon and Camaret). The pebble beach is 1 km away and the sandy beach is 3 km away. Not suitable for children under 2.

In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.

The town is part of the Armorica Regional Natural Park, so you can enjoy many hiking trails, mountain bike tours and other water activities by the sea and visit the Remarkable Spaces of the Crozon Peninsula.
