Hello everyone!!! Our experience was fantastic (!) The place is in a very nice, quiet and safe condominium. Its location is excellent, as it is only 5 minutes by car to the supermarket to buy food for that barbecue. The house is totally faithful to the photographs you see, quite spacious and with everything you need to feel comfortable, as well as being clean and tidy. So, when you open the door you will enjoy a comforting view since the pool is quite beautiful and has very good maintenance, although it does not have a boiler that is not a problem since during our stay it was not necessary because the heat was at an ideal temperature. Finally, I'd like to say that the internet was great, they have access to streaming platforms and the host's service was wonderful, always attentive and responsive. An excellent choice for your vacation. No more, a greeting and a safe trip.

The house is very nice, just like the photos, everything is very clean. It has all the cookware. You sleep very comfortably, you don't hear any noise despite being on a small avenue. The pool is a good size for the house and very nice. Mr. Felipe is very formal. The taxi had a hard time finding the address, the street where it is located is narrow but it is in the center of Cuernavaca. Thanks to Ms. Marcela for her excellent attention and always being on top of everything, thank you very much. We plan to return.

We had a great rest, we were able to swim and enjoy the weekend. And Oreo had an amazing time, she was able to run in the garden and go for a walk in the neighborhood, which is very quiet. There is a supermarket very close and places that deliver food and are super attentive. Astrid was very attentive to us.

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The stay at Jackie's place was excellent. It has air conditioning in each room worth it during the hot nights. The house is right in front of the pool and makes it very convenient to enjoy the cluster environment. The proximity to the village of Tezoyuca and quick access to the highway is very convenient. The person who gave us the house was very friendly and quick, in answering our doubts and needs. We would be happy to come back to rent this unit with Jackie. A house with everything you need to spend a few days with the family and pets very comfortably. It has everything you need, just bring food or buy it nearby. The pool is a very good size, the beds are very large, the kitchen has everything you need. It's also very private, so pets are protected. I like the vegetation around the house and the hammock. The bathroom has two showers and the middle room allows privacy for companions, 10 out of 10, highly recommended, the host is always attentive and kind, my favorite place on airbnb🐕🌞🏊🏼‍♂️🌴

A very cozy and convenient place if you plan to go to the stakes. It has a great view and Pablo is very kind. If you're afraid of insects, there are many moths at night, but the space is closed to prevent them from entering.

We went to a wedding very close to the Airbnb and Jorge was flexible (since he was not busy) in the early access to change and also in leaving a little later. The cottage is just like the description and photos, everything was clean and although it does not have AC, the fans were enough. We would definitely stay at this property again.
