Richard and Lety’s place exceeded all of our expectations! As someone who has visited Mexico City numerous times, I can honestly say their home is in an ideal location—just a short walk to the metro and a quick Uber ride to many of the city’s top attractions. The neighborhood feels very safe and has a great local market less than five minutes away where you can eat delicious food and buy anything you might need. But what truly makes this stay special is the room itself and the hosts. The space is cozy, the views are beautiful, and Richard and Lety are simply wonderful people. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference during our trip. At one point they kindly offered to let us use their washer when I couldn’t find a laundromat, and by the time I came downstairs to collect our clothes, Richard had already washed everything for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. When I return to CDMX, I’ll definitely be booking with Richard and Lety again! Highly recom

This is the perfect place for a couple to stay in Mexico City. The space is absolutely beautiful and unique- loved the artwork, furniture, and the loft bedroom. We loved opening the balcony doors on both floors and listening to the afternoon rain. The neighborhood was also wonderful- walkable, safe, and overall really nice. I look forward to visiting CDMX again and hopefully staying here again!

Maru was kind and very helpful. The place is wonderful as it’s private and a large courtyard buffers you from the street. Roy the dog was so sweet. We 😍 loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Polanco. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Super safe and comfortable!

Alex’s space was amazing! Had everything and anything we needed. Super kind and responsive to any questions we had that popped up. The check in was super easy and was greeted by Laura one of Alex’s helpers who gave us a tour and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The location was AMAZING. Super cozy, private, and calm. The space was clean and spacious. I will say be ready to climb up a set of stairs everyday after being out and about lol but if you dont mind some stairs then you’ll be okay! I also would add the bathroom was a bit narrow so if you are on the thicker side be prepared to side step a bit. I also wish they had a full body mirror outside of the bathroom since it’s a bit narrow. Outside of my those minor suggestions the apartment is truly a gem and would stay again and again!!! :)

Lovely stay in a quite and clean neighbourhood. the location is perfect for a tourist stay and loved the accessibility and furnishings of the studio.

This place was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The area was super walkable and very close to Zocalo, with lots of things to do. We enjoyed our stay & would stay here again.

Cozy newly-renovated 1st floor apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. I miss it already!

Our experience: I went to CDMX because I needed to do some paperwork at the Central Military Hospital, so it's an excellent option (it's about 5-8 minutes walk). The whole apartment looks tidy, very clean, almost new. In the kitchen, there is a small grill and a minibar, but with all the necessary dishes and utensils. There is filtered water so you can drink water without having to buy bottles. The bathroom is super clean, the towels, soaps, shampoo and everything is of excellent quality, much better than a hotel. Finally, the bedroom is very cozy. You have a chair to watch TV, a small table to eat or just talk and the bed is king size with several pillows of different firmness so you rest yes or yes. Perhaps the only detail is that in summer you can feel a little hot in the room when you enter, but there is a small tower fan that solves the problem. Overall EXCELLENT;)

This apartment in La Condesa is the place to stay. My wife and I were celebrating our 15th year wedding anniversary, and Borja was extremely helpful when it came to the plans I had for my wife and I. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place is as beautiful as seen in the pictures, and very private. We both loved that its location can’t get any better, as there are cool spots to visit nearby and there are hundreds of restaurants with a few blocks. With a nice coffee place just a few feet away in the corner of the street. We are definitely planning to come back. Don’t think twice if you’re looking for a great spot in La Condesa.

Everything is excellent, the apartment is small but with everything you need to have a super comfortable stay for 2 people. the common areas of the building are also excellent, both for working and relaxing. The area can't be asked for anything better, many things to see and do. In addition, the building staff are very friendly and attentive. Totally recommended! 👌🏻

The place is excellent and very, very beautiful. It is very small, so be careful with that, but it feels extremely comfortable and pleasant. The area is very beautiful and there is a square very close by for anything. Of course, I would recommend that the blinds in the living room be curtains, as it is very transparent and you feel exposed. Also note that some noise is heard. Overall the stay was pretty good.

The accommodation is comfortable, has good amenities and is spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The area is quiet. During the day, the room heats up a bit, it can get hot, but there is a fan that cools the room. I recommend the accommodation. The host is very kind.
