My grandmother designed the cottage around a vintage house trailer (tiny house)1956. There are many unique and cleaver features. Family mementos through history are on display.

Warm fireplace in a cozy ski in/out condo. Comfortable large king size bed, with a full kitchen and all the dishes and amenities of home. Parking for guests, laundry facilities, fast wifi, and easy access to the surrounding area. Snowpine chairlift is short walk, as is The Wall ski run. Relax in our condo without the need to drive to the resort, and fight the crowds. Downtown Ellicottville is only a few minutes away by car.
