The guests have access to our private villa pool/pool terrace with sun roof & mojito bar. The large pool terrace might be shared with other few guests who stays in the other 4 bedrooms a maximum of 10 persons. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

25m² studio located just a 12-minute walk from the beach, 5-minute walk from the centre of Sitges, and 45 minutes by train from the city of Barcelona. It features a semi-covered 30m² terrace, decorated in a bohemian and chic style, with an outdoor shower and stunning sea views. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!
