Beautiful house, very comfortable, clean, neat. It has everything you need for a nice stay. To comment on something negative, it would be the toilet in the second bathroom that felt loose, but everything else was great.

Leonardo always responded very quickly to questions. The house is beautiful with everything you need to spend a divine vacation! Super heated; a beautiful sun comes in all day! Very good cleaning! Across the street, there is a well-kept square with a soccer field, which fascinates my children. We would be back for sure!

The place was clean, practical, and offered the privacy I was looking for. However, there were some structural issues with the locks—there were no interior locks, not even for the bathroom, and the entrance door lock was quite tricky to use. Initially, I was considering a 4-star rating, but the excellent communication and helpful support after my stay made me raise it to 5 stars.

The truth is that the place is beautiful, well cleaned and comfortable, everything looks very nice in the photos but the place is even better. You can see that they have been in every detail of the house, they have been very kind to me and have been to give me recommendations of places that I consulted them. I highly recommend this space if you want to come to Piriapolis for a few days, I will likely come back here if I need an accommodation in Piria.

Very nice house, spacious spaces, environmentally friendly. Comfortable, with everything you need. Tranquil spa. Good advice to access the beach but not because of the main downhill that there are more people. Very friendly hosts and at your service. I recommend it!

We stayed with my family at Lau's house all week for sightseeing and had a really good time. Lau responded to our inquiries quickly and was always very kind. The house is very nice, clean, modern, well located and comfortable. We found everything we needed for a relaxed stay in a green, spacious and very quiet environment. The weather helped us and we were able to enjoy the sunny mornings and afternoons in all the house's facilities, as it has a large front patio to sit and rest, with space to park inside the property, as well as a barbecue area in the back where everything is very well organized and delimited to have a great time as well. We really liked the layout of the house in general. The stay matched our expectations, we loved everything and we hope to return soon!

Excellent location of the house, less than half a block from the beach. Quiet, with the option to safely bring your pet in a fenced house, which shares a property with another house. It has everything you need to have an excellent stay, very good communication with the host. We'll be back!!
