Francesco's house is a very nice place with open spaces, the kitchen and dining area have a spectacular charm. The loft bed is very original, reminiscent of camping, and the bed is very large and comfortable. The house has everything you need so you don't need to go out and buy the basics, and they even leave you complimentary water. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed to me that it had everything and in very good condition. Located in the middle of town in an area with wine bars, oven pizzerias and restaurants, all really good. When we arrived there was a party with fireworks and yet we were able to rest wonderfully. The best beaches are about 20-30 minutes away. In Sardinia, it's essential to rent a car.

We stayed at Gloria’s place for 1 week with our two kids - 10 & 6. We absolutely loved it. It’s quiet but still close to the town and the beaches. The house is beautiful- it was a dream to come back to after a big day out exploring but we also spent alot of days just chilling on the roof, reading, lazing and swimming in the pool. The views are insane- so incredible! As far as hosts go, Gloria is the best! She was so kind- we needed to take my daughter to see a doctor due to an ear infection and within 10 minutes of requesting recommendations Gloria had booked us into her kids doctor and even helped us find it in town. That is one of many examples of what a thoughtful and caring host she is. The views, the home, the pool, the host and their lovely dog Leia - made this an incredible place to stay!! Highly recommend- we were so sad to leave & hope to come back again!

Quiet, great location — ideal for exploring different beaches and restaurants in all directions. The accommodation itself is very quiet, the beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Cristina is very straightforward, friendly and always responds quickly to messages.

Beautiful Sardinia, nothing to say, the owners are great, very welcoming and very helpful and kind. They helped us a lot with our walks and gave advice on the cities to visit. The house is great, a cozy and clean nest, everything you need. Fortunately they were there to guide us because (no car) and I sincerely thank them. I recommend it without so much as a second thought. We will go back without hesitation.

First of all, I'd like to mention Valentina, very kind, helpful and super hospitable. The apartment is really nice, quiet location, absolutely nothing was missing, shower gel, milk, water, coffee, laundry detergent, beach umbrella and much more! Very clean house! Strategic location, a short time to reach the beaches and the most beautiful places of the Costa Smeralda. Great price Outside the house there is parking. There are supermarkets and bars in the area. I really enjoyed it, I highly recommend it!

We were welcomed by Salvatore's wife and instructed by her, as Salvatore was not home yet. Everything went smoothly. Communication with Salvatore in advance was also great. We could have even gotten into the place a little earlier than stated in the check-in time. The accommodation has everything you need and more. A large kitchen with fridge including icebox, enough pans and pots and an oven. The bathroom is as good as new and looks really modern and beautiful. Even an umbrella for the beach was included in the repertoire. Everything was very clean. Due to the fact that the accommodation is on the ground floor, it also does not heat up so much and you rarely need the air conditioning. However, the best thing about the property is Salvatore. He's so helpful and friendly and a perfect host. On our last night, he invited us for a cool drink on his terrace. You get along really well with him and his family right away.

The villa provides everything you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful and wide running garden and the peaceful and silent atmosphere. Everything is well maintained, fully operational and clean. Various supermarkets and beaches are 10 min away and it is easy to get there by car. Your host takes perfectly care of you while arriving, staying or leaving and even organized a small baby bed for us. Fully recommended!

Maria and Georgia were super hosts, very responsive and helpful with information on activities and places to eat in the area. It’s a lovely peaceful villa in a picturesque setting. We had a lovely time there.
