Precioso apartamento rural en planta baja situado en Bayas, un pequeño y tranquilo pueblo de la costa asturiana rodeado de playas y naturaleza. El lugar ideal para desconectar y disfrutar las vacaciones. Con capacidad máxima de 5 personas, se distribuye en dos habitaciones, salón con sofá cama doble, cocina y baño. Está totalmente equipado y pensado para que no te falte de nada y además tiene su propia parcela de jardín independiente con barbacoa. Se admiten perros sin suplemento adicional.

Son tres aparamentos para dos personas, muy parecidos, con el mismo nivel de equipación y las mismas vistas. Conservan el estilo arquitectónico de la edificación original. Los interiores de cada apartamento tienen su propia personalidad, resultando acogedores y cómodos. En la planta baja, la protagonista es la chimenea de leña situada en el salón; en la primera planta la terraza-balcón con vistas al fondo de valle y las montañas. Todo listo para que descanses y disfrutes de la estancia.

En la planta superior se encuentra la habitación, con cama grande (150 cm) y en la planta inferior se encuentra un baño amplio, para la zona de Cudillero, con ducha.

We have 4 double bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and two other bedrooms with two single beds, a living room with a fireplace, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Covered porch with barbecue at the entrance of the house. Private enclosed property with vegetable hedge, barbecue and parking.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space 100 meters from the Canto de Cueva in Oviñana (Cudillero). It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a pantry. Everything is fully stocked. house with its own garden, barbecue and area to leave the car!! In July, August, and September, the heating will not be on!
