Holiday houses in Cudot

During our stay in Saint-Julien, we stayed at Flore's home, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment, true to photos and description, is charming, bright and very pleasant to stay in. Flore was a responsive, warm host with good advice for discovering the region. The property is in a convenient location for exploring the surrounding area. We have great memories of this stay and will be happy to come back. Thank you again!

A true haven of peace in the countryside! The accommodation is decorated with great taste, very clean, spacious and extremely pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the calm of the place, the two large king-size beds, which were very comfortable, as well as the private jacuzzi for perfect moments of relaxation. A big thank you to Vanessa for her delicate attentions on our arrival (champagne, strawberries, cherries...). A place we recommend without so much as a second thought! 15 minutes from all shops and for EV owners, fast charging stations (320 kwh) available 4 minutes away. Thank you for your kindness.

I fully recommend Michel’s place. Long walks in the nearby woods during the day without encountering anyone, cozy evenings at the wood burning stove. It is a very peaceful location, away from the busy daily life.

Excellent little cottage in the countryside, thank you to Olivier who was present when I arrived and at his availability. Our little dog really enjoyed the grounds (and the neighbors' chickens who are very cute) 🤩 The accommodation is great, very clean, with all the necessary amenities (no washing machine but the laundromat at the Intermarché de St Julien du Sault which allows us to do our machine during our shopping is only 10 minutes by car! ) We sleep very well in the beds which are very comfortable with clean sheets (and clean towels available too) 🤗 A real little moment of happiness a hundred km from Paris with a fire pit for beautiful sunsets and late in the evening 🥰 I highly recommend and thank Olivier again for his kindness and explanations (as well as the provision of utensils for the fire pit) ☺️

We spent Easter weekend at this home, as a family: 7 adults, 6 children ranging from 2 to 10 years. Perfect for anybody really. Rooms in number, a large, very pleasant lot, a home in the spirit of a family country house. Efficient and adapted exchanges with Coralie and Maxime. Linens provided in pristine condition as well as toiletries, maintenance and hygiene products. To be redone!

Pleasant rural environment around horses, since I have experience in horse riding, I was in my element and at the same time I love horses!!! Enclosures are in place to respect their environments. Otherwise Damien and Océane are very welcoming and friendly, answer your questions. We can be on top of many things.

easy to live in house and very good kitchen equipment. dishwashing liquid, sponges, salt, pepper, oils, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, washing machine, tea towels, coffee capsules and tea bags are provided. (we left paper towels and bags for ice cubes). Eric had put 1 tray of ice cubes in the freezer 👍👍 N.B.: for the oven to start heating, the timer must be turned on😅 Air conditioning in all living rooms, including bedrooms, is highly appreciated. EMMA mattresses are a pure joy for good nights!!!!! Bathroom kit in sufficient number and offered in each of the 2 bathrooms and towels provided. the beds were made on our arrival. the bed and bath linen is clean. only downside: sewage smells after showers on the 1st. remember to close the bathroom door and those of the bedrooms. we had a very good weekend. thank you Eric for your professional and very friendly welcome.
