The apartment is new and we received it spotless. Its location allowed us to enjoy a quiet vacation, close to the city's main attractions. Alexandra's attention was extraordinary, it always provided us with flexibility in the check-in/checkout process. Surely it is a place I recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment while visiting this beautiful city!!

It was certainly a very nice stay, the accommodation has rooms each with its own bathroom, which is very good. It is a small but very cozy and well distributed place. The only problem we had was finding the exact address, because in the photos of the place there was never one of the main facade. Although it is not so pretty, it is advisable to put this to orient yourself. Regarding the accommodation and the neighborhood, it is well equipped with a dryer, towels, iron and washing machine. Plus, it's very close to everything. The supermax is 5 minutes away. The center at a maximum of 15. We went with my grandparents and the only steps we had to climb were the ones that faced the street.

A magnificent host. The sector is quiet, beautiful scenery. The spectacular house has it all. What I loved most that my pets were well received. For me they are part of my family. I recommend it 👌

The place is quiet and just like the photos

the apartment was exactly as listed. pristine and all amenities mentioned. its walkable and most attractions are within a 15 min walk (some uphill and steps involved) but dont fret. most cab rides from this location are $2.50 dollars at most. very well located. amazing and responsive host. Definitely recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

The accommodation is as shown in the photos of the ad, Marco kept in touch with me, gave us clear instructions on how to get there and it is totally private. He was kind enough to help us check in a few hours earlier than indicated in the app. The area is quiet, very safe, close to shops, pharmacies and the Jep ATM, clean place, bathroom a little cramped but with the necessary, it has hot water and clean towels, we only lacked some extra soaps, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets, it has a closet. We had an internet disconnection for about 2 hours, but in general it flowed well, Marco was kind and ready for any news, considering that he was not in the city. Their responses were positive and they were ready to provide good service. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, laundry, iron, hair dryer. The small balcony is nice with its ornamental plants. I recommend it!

Excellent place, clean and tidy, the shower can be improved because if the faucet is opened too much it can get stuck, but otherwise everything is excellent, 10/10, 100% recommended.

My family is delighted with the place, they have a welcome gift, the modern facilities and everything is very clean, my daughter asked me to return every time we visit Cuenca :)
