My stay was totally family-friendly and the place is just as described. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet and private weekend. The house is very cozy and has everything so you don't get bored, and many extras to be comfortable and at ease. The hostess was always available and friendly, answering any questions or concerns we had. The condominium is almost empty, so the pool and the place were practically for us. The pool is large and always warm because of the heat. We didn't want to leave. It's a place I'd definitely return to.

Rosalba was super friendly in our stay, she helped us in all the ways she could. The place is comfortable and despite being in a living unit is super quiet. I highly recommend it

Everything was very good, they were in contact with me and even I was recommended places for breakfast , the stay was short but pleasant , I wish I could have stayed longer.

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The house is very nice, Luz was attentive all the time and very helpful. I highly recommend it, we had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is an excellent option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

We decided to celebrate Teacher's Day in Cuernavaca and this apartment was undoubtedly the best choice. We liked it very much, without a doubt we would like to return. Thank you for everything!!

A quiet place with a lot of security. The apartment has everything you need for a few pleasant days. Slight confusion when entering the subdivision, the directions could be clearer and the communication faster.

Really lovely experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable, well-equipped and with a perfect atmosphere to rest. We loved the common areas, especially the pool, which is huge and perfect for relaxing. The green areas, although not very large, are impeccably cared for and have a special charm that invites you to enjoy them. A detail that we found very convenient was that from the parking lot you can practically access the elevator directly, which leaves you right at the door of the apartment, which greatly facilitates the arrival and departure. Everything was perfectly organized, which allowed us to relax and enjoy without worries. Communication was clear and timely at all times. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to. Thank you for offering us such a beautiful and welcoming space!

Very good place to stay, everything was super clean, the condominium is in an excellent area and it is very quiet. The common areas are very well maintained, the pool and gardens are very enjoyable. The apartment is nice, comfortable and has everything you need. I really felt very comfortable during the stay. I would definitely go there again. Recommended.

I would definitely return to this apartment. It has 24-hour surveillance. There are enough spaces to rest in the common areas and pool. The pool is deep enough for adults to swim and dive. A splash pad for kids to have fun. Independent parking without the need to move cars to enter or exit. The apartment is very clean, tidy and furnished with everything you need, whether to spend time with friends or family or simply to spend a few days away from the routine of the city. Air conditioning in the main area so you can forget about the heat and rest, without leaving behind its huge TV with platforms available to watch movies and have a great time. Both bedrooms have a closet and a fan for sleeping cool. All windows have mosquito nets to keep insects out. Apartment located on the top floor so you forget about the noise from the neighbors. A great place!

a moment ago I vacated the house and since the arrival everything was fine, the lady was very attentive and kind, the place was beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend it, in particular everything is in order and clean and above all the wonderful climate
