The house has all comforts and is located in Cuglieri, an ancient mountain town just 15 minutes from the sea on the West coast of the island. The geographical position is favorable to many trips to the island. The landscapes are uncontaminated. At a short distance, there are rocky beaches and kilometers of white sandy beaches (Sinis area). The house has two roof terraces with breathtaking views. Care and cleanliness in the house! Wifi. A garage is available for motorbikes only (maximum 3).

Abbiamo terminato da poco un accurato restauro di questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort e con aria condizionata per l'estate. Le antiche pareti in pietra danno alla casa un fascino particolare. Non c’é la terrazza ma le 3 grandi finestre del soggiorno offrono una vista mare con tramonti spettacolari!! Nel cortile c’è un angolo di relax per ammirare meravigliosi cieli stellati . I was particularly happy with the communication from the beginning. This was very nice, helpful and the landlord was always available. I was very warmly welcomed for the handover and immediately felt at home! It is a great apartment with beautiful and extensive amenities in the best location. The apartment was extraordinarily clean and well maintained in all areas. The apartment is quiet but still centrally located. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I was able to switch off well and spent relaxing days during my trip. The place Santa Lussurgiu has a historical background and special charm. I only had great and friendly encounters! I was able to park my motorcycle in the large garage which was an added plus! For my next trip to Sardinia, I will prefer this place again. Thank you !

The beautiful room is part of a small but cozy castle. The owners welcome the guests with a lot of love and offer all the help. We felt very welcome. Next to the door is a small supermarket. You can cook yourself if you want, but the pizzeria in the village is definitely recommended. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace was delicious (including freshly squeezed fruit juice and yogurt).

We trusted Massimo's accommodation despite him being a new host. We couldn't have made a better choice. Massimo welcomed us with warmth, politeness, and a cordiality that is now a thing of the past. Constantly attentive to us, he created a fantastic itinerary for us, introducing us to the rare gems of the area that without his tips we would never have seen, we would never have gone. His advice on where to go for an aperitif and eat well is invaluable. We left already feeling nostalgic for the place and its precious, never intrusive company. We discovered a village and met a beautiful person inside. We highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back, hopefully soon.

Jonathan has turned the house into a beautiful place where you like to stay. The interplay between origin and modernity is excellent and absolutely corresponds to our taste. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. On cooler days, the fireplace in the kitchen also provides cozy warmth, the view from the roof terrace to the sea is fantastic. The place Cuglieri is very original with narrow streets and warm, friendly and helpful people. Jonathan is a very nice attentive host who was responsive at all times.

The best accommodation in the world! Sandra is the best host – incredibly helpful and gave us lots of useful tips. The breakfasts are like something from the finest breakfast spots, with something different every day, made from local products – simply amazing! The rooms were very clean, and the whole place is exceptionally well organized. The property is very spacious, with plenty of areas to relax. We felt completely at home. If we ever come back to Sardinia, we will definitely return here.

Franco is a very involved and helpful landlord. First night he and his wife took me to a celebration at a centuries old church Another night they took me out for pizza. They live very close to your apartment and are readily available. He printed out a list of nearby things to visit. Is very helpful and knowledgeable. The apartment is in the middle of the oldest part of the village. Google Maps is very good at directing you in and out thru the narrow streets. It is walkable to the local grocery and pharmacy. Everyone in village is very friendly and helpful. There is very little English spoken. A translator app is very useful. I highly recommend Franco and the apartment.
