Welcome to this comfortable wooden cottage that has been carefully decorated. It is located against the beautiful Hatertse and Overasseltse vennen and has the city of Nijmegen nearby. In good weather, you can enjoy everything that grows and flowers in the garden or the surrounding area. In a colder season, there is an atmospheric wood-burning stove including a lazy rocking chair to seek peace and quiet. It has all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay for 2-4 people (including air conditioning, dishwasher).

Our newly built forest villa is located in the middle of a green oasis of silence, relaxation and tranquility in the wooded hills of Groesbeek. From this detached house, you can enjoy hiking, biking and/or mountain biking. The spacious villa has an area of 110 m2 and 3 bedrooms and is surrounded by a large garden adjacent to the forest. Welcome to our cozy guesthouse in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature reserves such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
