This characteristic haystack has been professionally converted into a beautiful, luxurious vacation home with a private hot tub and private parking. The spacious house has 2 floors and has all the comforts. Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful open kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, toilet and sofa bed. The house also has a very spacious garden (1000 m2) and a covered terrace.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature reserves such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
