Holiday house, Loch views - Duror

MatthewRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We have just returned from a fantastic 9 night stay at Clachan Galea. What an amazing place with beautiful views from the garden and right on the beach. We walked down to the beach every night and had it to ourselves with so many beautiful sunsets and spotted the occasional Seal in the Loch. A great base for exploring the local area - the only thing that would make it better would be if there was a kayak to use on the water or bikes to explore the surroundings! The house is on a 60mph road but this didn't bother us as we were out during the day and the road was quiet at night. We will be back 😊

New - Lovely studio with great views

LenaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We stayed more than a week and were absolutely in love with this place and what Undine and John made out of it! The apartment is lovingly furnished with an eye for details and very cozy. Everything was well equipped for home cooked meals. It is the perfect location to explore the area around Oban and Glencoe, which Undine gave perfekt recommendations for trips. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place and the views even on rainy days. If you come by car (car rental flitdrive in Oban) and are open for self catering this is a 11 out of 10 for a holiday!

Fairytale Highland Lodge with Private Loch

PhilipRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A truly royal vacation 8 of us just enjoyed a great time in this magical place. I am wheelchair bound so it was great being on one level. The accessible shower was also great. The place is just like the pictures. Very beautiful. We were blessed with good weather a few days we were there and a number of our party braved the loch. It was an experience and quite cold but worth it. It’s very remote and you have to travel about 2 miles on a bumpy dirt track to get to the house, but it’s part of the appeal. The views are just awesome. From the house there are trails and you can hike up high hills. If not high enough Ben Nevis is a drive away and some of us I did the climb. Overall a memorable holiday and we would love to come again.

Seal Cabin - A wee piece of Scottish Luxury

JaneRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The most wonderful cabin with such a majestic view of Loch Goil, absolutely breathtaking. We felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. Iain was a wonderful host, warm and helpful, and gave us some fantastic recommendations for special dinners at Wild Kabn and Inver, both unforgettable experiences. We walked every day, soaking in the scenery, and were lucky enough to spot seals swimming right in front of the cabin! The space is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, from the cosy blankets to the picture-perfect window views. Morning coffee overlooking the water felt like a scene from a film. A magical stay we won’t forget.

Otter Burn Cabin

HannahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great stay at Otter Burn Cabin! Douglas was super responsive and helpful, and the cabin itself was equipped with everything you could need and more. It was perfectly located for exploring the local area and Mull with the ferry port only five mins away. Plenty of local swim spots which we took advantage of! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back in future!
