Beachfront holiday rental in Cuil Bay

A very comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you would need and in very good order. Should you have cold weather, the heating is extremely good. It is clear that Tony takes good care of the property and we could not fault it in any way. Extremely well placed , a perfect Airbnb for exploring islands like Lismore and Seil plus of course Oban. There is a good local shop for all basics if you do not wish to make the trip to the large supermarkets.

Honestly what a place , myself my partner & our dogs are travelling Scotland and came to stay for a couple of nights and we could have stayed longer we had the most peaceful pleasant stay , it was everything and more , we would highly recommend & definitely come back thank you so much for having us it was incredible . Me and my partner visited for 1 night after completing the nc500 and it was also my partner’s birthday. We absolutely loved this place, it had absolutely everything we could think of. Karen was brilliant with her instructions and the cabin was immaculate, everything was clean and smelt good. Hot tub was awesome and the views were fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to comeback again.

Had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Toward. The area is just outstanding, peaceful and dramatic. Spotted a dolphin or porpoise from the sunroom. The cottage is really cute, had everything we needed and outstanding views. The bed is comfortable; this is one of the most relaxing holidays we have had and will be back sometime. Cathy was really helpful with great communication. Highly recommended place.

We were warmly welcomed by Cathy. She had bread and shortbread and jam ready for us. That she had made herself😋. The landlords were easily accessible when we needed them. The apartment had everything we needed and we received clear instructions on how to operate the equipment Furthermore, we had a fantastic view of Loch Long and the mountains. Beautiful garden and terrace with beautiful plants. And especially not to forget a nice one at 5 minutes walking distance to let the dog out. This is a place that we will definitely book if we visit the highlands again.😃

Our family had an amazing week here! We travelled with my parents and young child as well as a dog. The view over the loch is sensational and the Airbnb has everything we needed. John is a very kind and responsive host - couldn’t do enough for us. It’s remote and private with a pub nearby and another pizza restaurant open Thursday to Sunday nights. We were also very lucky with the weather which meant the most sensational views. Good base for exploring too as we were able to go to Inverary, Carrick Castle, Arkinglas House, Loch Fyne Oyster Bar and rent a boat on loch goil.

Donny and Alison's place was wonderful! Highly recommended quaint seaside cottage with beautiful landscaping. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Beautiful place to spend the night. We would have happily stayed another night but unfortunately Norma was completely booked. Very impressed with the very modern kitchen appliances and loved the Smeg coffee machine. Accomodation was immaculately clean too.

This garden cottage was straight out of a romantic fairytale! The gorgeous garden surrounding the cottage and the view of the water and misty rolling hills framed perfectly by a stone wall and ivy were just breathtaking (especially while sitting in the wood fire heated hot tub). The cottage itself was incredibly cozy. We had nearly gotten stranded on Islay with car issues and we weren’t even sure we’d get to enjoy this stop on our holiday. By the time we arrived, we were completely exhausted from the chaos of the previous 24 hours so this relaxing and welcoming space was exactly what we needed to decompress. ☺️ The cottage was well equipped and very clean! We had everything we needed and then some. Caroline was an exceptional host. She was remarkably responsive and lovely to interact with both prior to our stay (when we weren’t sure we’d be able to make it) and during our stay! Anyone with the opportunity to stay here, should absolutely do it! Thank you for everything, Caroline!!

Loved the flat. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was a very easy walk to both the train and the ferries. Would definitely stay here again.

Being a long time traveler I can honestly say that Alex’ place is THE most beautiful house I have ever been. We were looking forward to “coming home” after each day trip. Alex has been more than a host. It felt like having a friend on Skye. We will definitely be back - we loved it ◡̈

We spent a wonderful week at Hollybank with our kids & extended family. Hollybank is situation in a beautiful Glen - it’s remote, peaceful & set amongst a stunning backdrop of mountains. We loved: - The peaceful area - Spacious/modern house - Well equipped kitchen - STUNNING views!

Leo’s place was amazing—super comfy and spacious with absolutely breathtaking views. I’ll admit, I thought the GPS had lost its mind a couple of times… those roads are narrow. But hey, dodging sheep and cows turned out to be half the adventure! We have so many pictures of them on the road ❤️. Leo and his wife were incredibly responsive and answered all my (many) questions quickly. We already miss Fisherman’s Loft!

This place is a true gem! Keith and Tess welcomed my family of four with fierce hospitality, homemade baked goods, and a spotless, well-equipped, easy-to-navigate, and cozy guest house. They even surprised us with a cake for a milestone birthday. We appreciated the recycling bins, laundry, and views of the Skye bridge. They were accessible, but not intrusive, super hosts indeed!

Sharyn's place is beautiful and has a great location - just 15 mins drive or so to the town. The place itself was clean and tidy. Sharyn was very responsive and helpful and had clear instructions. Would recommend

Fantastic location on the shore looking out at Scalpay in what was a glorious weeks weather in May. We walked 2 Cuillin Munro’s and took a boat trip from Elgol to Canna to see puffins and dolphins which was fabulous. We also managed an evening at the Skye Live music festival. Peter was very responsive and helpful. Would strongly recommend.
