New apartment on three levels with splendid views of a beautiful Mexican-Andalusian garden. Two large beds, two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room. Very quiet, with four leafy trees in the garden muting sounds from the outside world. The Santa María caters to young people's tastes, has a big range of cuisines and features 'colonial style' architecture given that it is in the town's Historic Center; it is just a 10 minute walk to the San Cosme Metro, with Zócalo just four stops down the line.

I occupy full in business travel plan, family, couple, for the delivery of a course or as a photo studio (shootings). There is NO parking space.

Everything was very good, the house was very quiet, everything was impeccable and I had no problems with the room. Hot shower, comfortable bed and above all very well located in Mexico City. I could get to Roma, Condesa, Polanco, Angel de la Independencia. I would definitely come back!!😊

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, fulfilling all the basic needs that we were looking for. Upon our arrival, the person who welcomed us was attentive at all times, showed us the areas, gave us directions, very nice. Near the location is a nearby market and supermarket to buy what is required, as well as an area with several restaurants and small bars, bakeries, pharmacies. At all times our hosts were attentive to any questions or requests, I would undoubtedly stay with them again :)

I only stayed for one night but had a pleasant experience. Diego and his dad were always in communication with me and were flexible with check-in time. I felt very comfortable and safe, a very family friendly atmosphere. Even Diego's dad accompanied me to wait for my Uber when I was leaving. I would definitely come back.
