House holiday rentals in Cul-de-Sac

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Our stay for 8 people was wonderful. The area is more beautiful than imagined, and the pictures surely do not do it justice. The house is very private, and you need to traverse a couple large hills in order to get there. We had to swap out our first rental car because the tread felt very unsafe and struggled on some of the hills, but otherwise we really appreciated the privacy and sweeping views of the water from the villa.

This villa was perfect for us in every way! It was exactly what we wanted and expected. It had the old school charm we were looking for. The furniture and furnishings were lovely and comfortable. Mehdi was a lovely host too and gave us the important local info - groceries, restaurants and more. The kitchen well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals including an outdoor grill. It was perfect location to go for our long morning walks. We could also walk to the beach or do a short drive depending on what we were taking to the beach that day. It was a great location too. Easy to get anywhere. Marigot had shops, great restaurants, markets and more. We have been coming on and off for 40 years and will definitely be back.

Even better the 2nd time around. Vincent and team are great - communication is excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a week!

A nice space for our family of 4 to relax for the week. Easy to get to the beach. We had a car so we drove everywhere. Even to Grand Case (at night the roads are very dark). The pool was great, beds were comfy, A/C always working. We would stay there again. Thanks.

Villa Victoria was a beautiful choice for our first time on the island! The home sits high in the hills of the Oyster Pond area overlooking the meticulously maintained pool, grounds and sea. The layout of the home was perfection for our party of 6 with 3 en-suite baths, and plenty of spots to take in the views from the top or bottom balconies. The home was very well maintained with 2 housekeeping visits during our stay and comfortable beds and furnishings. To top it off, Jenna is a responsive host who answers all questions within minutes and gave a detailed house and local area guide with excellent recommendations! We could not have picked a more ideal home!

Truly a dream stay with an incredible ocean view. We had the most incredible experience staying at this stunning property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panorama, crystal-clear waters. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The location was also perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Our hosts went above and beyond, they even helped us book dinner reservations when we didn’t have international phone service, which made a huge difference in our trip. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a top-tier guest experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway by the sea, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

We enjoyed every moment in St. Martin and this beautiful home was a large part of our experience. We used the kayaks and outdoor dining area daily. The decor was gorgeous and the hosts thought of everything! Can’t wait to return!

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

We had a lovely short stay at this tastefully decorated apartment with a very large nice terrace to rest in. Despite a power outage upon our arrival, the situation was very quickly managed by GioNads (the compensation gift was very much appreciated). The 2 small downsides are the absence of certain basic necessities upon arrival and the cleanliness of certain parts of the accommodation or accessories (mold marks in the Nespresso machine tank, cobwebs on the ceiling and stains visible on the edge of the sofa once unfolded to serve as a bed. However, our entire stay was very pleasant.

Carls place was just as described and nice and speciation for a big group on a girls trip. He was very responsive and gave some great local recommendations. We were welcomed with a big fruit basket which was a lovely surprise. The house had all the amenities you need so highly recommend

This place was truly such a special stay for me and my wife on our honeymoon! I did a lot of research looking into accommodations on the island, and this one seemed to be the best fit. But our stay actually blew us out of the water! We were so sad to leave. The pictures do not do it justice. It is extremely private, and a great view of the bay over the wall. We loved our iguana friends. After driving around and exploring the island, we are very glad we picked this location to stay at. It isn’t in walking distance of any beaches or restaurants, but a very short drive to anywhere you would need. I asked our hosts a lot of questions about recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and rental car services, and they were able to provide us with ample amount of recommendations. They even were able to get us discount at some places too! 10/10 hosts and lodging and price.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The house was well appointed and centrally located. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The house was as nice as it looked in the photos. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance from everything in Orient Bay. Sophie was very helpful, informative and responsive. I think she was a model hostess.

By far my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great communication. House was super clean, and pictures don’t do it justice. There local rep was super helpful and accommodated to our arrival and departure. Highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about visiting Saint Martin.

Vila Cecilia was a beautiful piece of paradise. We loved it so much we opted to walk to the local French market and cook most days so we could watch the sunset over the bay on the back patio. Everything was clean, host was super responsive and had many lovely touches with our arrivals such as tea and water. Would highly recommend.

This beautiful villa fit myself and my 6 guests perfectly. The home was very spacious and we were welcomed with champagne and a charcuterie. We enjoyed the private beach and the peacefulness of the property. The house manager Alex gave us great recommendations on where to eat and have fun. We have already recommended this place to our peers and we loved Sint Maarten so much we’re already planning our next trip/ investment! Thank you so so much for everything. I stepped into my bigger age with a beautiful view due to this villa.

Our stay at Chrissy's home was a dream! The house is absolutely gorgeous, well designed, clean, spacious, incredible view, fantastic location- it was the best place we've rented on AirBnB. I cannot recommend this stay enough and would gladly return in a heartbeat. Our time in Saint Martin was phenomenal and a huge part of that was due to this amazing house.

We had a wonderful stay over March break with my family. Anne Claire's place was the perfect setup for our 19 month old. The pool had a safety fence which made being outside easy and safe. The kitchen was very well equipped. Location was perfect - 5 min from Orient Beach, 5 min to Super-U groceries,7 min to Grand Case, 10 min to Anse Marcel. Car rental is a must.

Josh was an excellent host. He helped us in a last minute bind. Would stay here again!
