Condo holiday rentals in Cul-de-Sac

We had a great experience, renting this condo! The view was spectacular, we spent many hours sipping on wine enjoy and enjoying the view! Beach was right there! Linda who helped check us in was excellent!

We stayed a total of 4 nights. The place was very accurate to the photos and the comfort was very pleasant. We had an unforgettable time in the area which is very peaceful and idyllic. i highly recommend this place for family and/or couple of friends.

Priscilia is a great hostess and we loved her apartment! It was a great spot for our family vacation, we got to explore the island but also enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Anse Marcel . The apartment worked well for us and our two young children - Priscilia even had a crib for the infant. A lovely pool is right nearby and the beautiful, calm beach is a short walk away. Priscilia recommended a delicious Italian restaurant within walking distance which became our son’s favourite spot. A decent grocery store is a short drive away but there’s also a small one within walking distance for any urgent necessities. Thank you so much Priscilia!!

An exceptional stay!! We spent 3 nights at Coco Beach and we really liked our experience. The place was perfect for 2 couples. Coco Beach was close to the beach and the pool was very nice and clean. Coco Beach has beautiful amenities and is close to many things. We cooked, we went to get a restaurant. Honestly, we could go back without hesitation.

Our stay at Alexis and Steph's condo in Anse Marcel was perfect for us. We had no problems managing the hill and preferred the quiet of Anse Marcel. We walked up and down the hill every morning, enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio, and then used our rented car to go explore the many amazing beaches on the French side of Saint Maarten. We walked to Petite Cayes from the condo and had the beach to ourselves. We had one of the best meals at Le Samurai ❤️ and so close to Super U and L'Express in Hope Estate. The condo had all amenities...great AC, amazingly comfortable Queen sized bed, washer, drying rack, and beach chairs/umbrella. The hosts were always super responsive and kind to answer all my questions. We would recommend this place for anyone that enjoys evening of quiet and relaxation.

Beautiful place, right on the ocean and walkable to several excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The beach was beautiful, the condo was beautiful and equipped with basic kitchen necessities for cooking, making coffee, etc. Air conditioning was helpful because it was 80 degrees while we were there. Parking was easy and safe. The car rental company that Pierre recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend Banana Location car rental. Excellent place to stay!

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in St. Maarten. The views from the property were absolutely stunning—every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. Whether you’re relaxing on the balcony or sipping coffee inside, the scenery is unforgettable. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Maarten!

Beautiful place and location. The apartment had everything we needed. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the apartment so you don’t have to pay $30 or $50 for 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach. There are 2 amazing pools. Everything was perfect.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this townhouse near Orient Beach! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout my trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach and walking distance to a variety of great restaurants. The townhouse itself had a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind and feel at home. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene stay close to all the best parts of St. Martin!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful place for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and located within a gated community, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the breathtaking views of Indigo Bay. Leanne and her team were very responsive and helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out seamless. We enjoyed the Indigo Bay beach club (walking distance or a very short car ride away) - beautiful beach and delicious food. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

We loved our stay in Neptune apartment. We were a group of five, and having 3 washrooms was great! The terrace had a place to dine and a place to sit and relax. The views of the ocean and pool is beautiful and we got to watch the sunrise every morning. Great stay from start to finish! Thank you.

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

This place hit all the buttons for us!! We travel to relax so the location is perfect with peace and quiet to read on the balcony and beaches a 5 minute walk away. The decor and furnishings were modest and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need and owner has nice beach equipment to be used. We loved to open the downstairs bathroom window and rear balcony door which created a pleasantly cool draft despite temps that were warm outside. The bedroom was very comfortable as also the bed. Bedroom has plenty of spce for clothes storage if on extended stays! Everything is close to walk. Lots of restaurants! We are not big fans of A/C so we only turned it on when going to bed set at 23C/24C, as we don't like cold temps. However it does get cold fast!! Also to be noted for those who love cold, the A/C is only in the bedroom not downstairs in entertainment area. We liked this place so much that we are already making plans to stay here on all Future visits to St Martin!

Nice place to stay. Was here for a week and enjoyed my time. I spent most of the time on the balcony. I appreciated that it stayed out of the direct sunlight. And most importantly had a good view of the ocean. I would stay again.

We spent an amazing ten days at the Turqouise Orient Beachfront studio. Beautiful view of the sea , great amenities, walk in distance to the restaurants from the beach or just a short drive. We enjoyed the privacy & tranquility of the place. We went to bed and woke up to the sound of the waves crashing into the shore, simply amazing!!! Our hostess Chantal & Christian they were both amazing!!! Eager to help and get us familiar with the surroundings! They have written instructions of what to do while visiting and came very handy. They make gracious hosts. They want you to feel welcome & comfortable The studio is a short 13 min drive to Marigot where you can get the boat to visit Anguilla and St. Barths. They are really worth visiting, we really enjoyed the trips. We’ll definitely come back !
